    Oh. Killer opinion. Nevermind.

Was just going to say that I hate how his terror radius is so quiet that you basically don't know he's there until he hits you. Or how he has a built in stall mechanic that just gives him the survivor's location when they do deal with it. In short, screw that nerd.

ye i was mostly wondering how other killers would rank him but i never knew about his terror radius being quite thanks for the info :)

Weak killer. But apparently his stats are good so all we can expect in the future is nerfs, like Pig

Enjoy playing as and against. Him and Nemesis were great additions to DBD.

Weak killer not really worth learning unless you just really like the character.

He's only really strong if you use his iri addon that makes hooks deal damage

Honestly his power is weak and useless at times but his chain hunt thing is pretty good. They need to buff his power to actually make it viable during chases.

i my self have zero problems with his chain i find it very usefull in loops making me get easy hits lesseing the chase time for me

Has potential, but the Possessed Chains are just too weak. They're very difficult to use effectively, which I like as it gives him a high skill curve, but even if you land a great skillshot, most of the time all chains will be gone before you even catch up to the survivor, and they'll still make it to a pallet/window. Also, the replacement spawning chains are really, really slow and never do their job.

I think a good way to fix his possessed chains is one (just one) of the following:

    1. When you hit someone with a possessed chain, they are bound by 4 chains rather than 3. They are still slowed by the same amount, and can break them with the environment as usual.

    2. When a survivor breaks free of all chains, they suffer from a small (5%, 7%?) Hindered status effect for a couple seconds to give Pinhead that tiny window he needs to get a hit when the survivor's outpositioned.

    3. Increase the speed/tracking of replacement spawning chains so they actually do their job.

    4. You can no longer break chains with the environment. Instead, when a chain is colliding with the environment, it will not apply its stacking slow and will break 50% faster when struggling out of the chains.

I'd also like it if he could perform actions like vaulting and breaking immediately after returning to his body. Right now, there's an awkward pause after using a possessed chain where you can't perform any actions for a second or so, which really limits his already limited chase potential. A lot of his lower rarity add-ons also suck, like the chain distance ones which don't have much of a purpose when the gateway range add-ons exist.

His box is fine though. A fair, strong mechanic that unlike RBT's have both game delay and chase power, while not being really abusable by either side. Wouldn't change it.

2 would make him instantly s tier 1 seems the best tbh

Good with iri addon and meh without it. I rly don't like killers who are dependent on their add-ons and near to trash level without them.

He would stronger if possessed chains during a chain hunt dragged everyone to a hook lol

Average with a build based around his Box, below average without it. Needs a few buffs if he wants to stand a chance against Survivors that aren't your casual SoloQ teammates

I wish you weren't required to use half your perks to make playing around his box viable since the box is the only good thing about his kit. I find it weird there is no innate way to find your own box.

As a personal preference, I customized my keybindings so that I only have to hold F to do generators.

    Why is this relevant?

Because I run with WASD, F is beside D, and the button to break the chains happens to be the same one you hold when doing generators and it cannot be de-linked from it.

So all in all, I think facing him is a pin in the butt.

I think that their chains gate should be like the gates when u use the box.Basically u set a portal and chains will appear to hinder the survivor

He's annoying and lacks any charm. Also he stands like a porn actor getting their first blowjob.

I like him. Overall enjoyable Killer. Also I am a fan of Hellraiser and they nailed it with this.

He is fun to play and his chains require skill but also allow for some counterplay. Sure they could be stronger but I would wait a month or two more befor buffing or nerfing him. His chains can be used to bait or force a Dead Hard which is very useful.

I also like playing against him. The chase music is nice the animations are good and he allows for some fun interactions.

Some people seems to have problems with a box and are not capable of solving it in time or holding it hostage. However there is plenty of counterplay to him. Most complains here are from uncoordinated players which is an issue with coordination for SoloQ but not with the Killer.

Also many survivors complain that a Killer finaly has a descent slowdown mechanic that is not Ruin or Pop and allows for a different gameplay which I can not understand. Nerf Ruin or Pop and give me more mechnics like Pinhead.

He is tier C at best, totally useless against good survivors.

The box is useless as if one survivor takes it, he/she still can do gens without resolving it for the entire trial. The chains only affect the survivor holding the box... the rest of the team is free.

Once the box is neutralized, Pinhead M2 is extremely weak as it doesn't even slow down enough the survivor to compensate the fact that the killer stays still during the cast...

So against average survivors that can't handle the box, he is good as once the chain hunt is triggered, everything go south but without the box he is basically a M1 killer that can be looped for 3 minutes.

I don’t get why he came to DBD, he doesn’t even fit in this game! Ngl that I’m always getting mad when seeing that he is the Killer.

    He is very weak.

He CAN be dominant, but he needs good RNG to have a chance.

    Super unfun.

In any situation i have seen and also an experience against him, solving the box is just a death wish.

You need to stay next to the loop or safe area to solve it and hope that he is in the chase and will not leave that chase for you.

Also the slow down with the chains are so annoying. .

Hes really good, a great duo killer.

In order to flourish with him you have to let your power work for you, not just rely on chain snipes alone. Easier said than done, mind you.

I actually love that he can torture all the survivors. I'd hate to see complainers, or other killer players succeed in trying to nerf his passive hard and buff his personal Gate.

They nerfed Deathslinnger guys, so stop trying to turn Pinhead into one, thanks. Go play Nurse or something and leave Pinhead alone

boring, due to what everyone runs on him 'to make him viable'

double solve time is super easy to just walk up to the person and down them for your free chain hunt unless you are at polar opposites of a large map. Franklins/Hoarder is a weird interaction considering a survivor cant drop the box themselves but franklins can. Both Iri's are stupid. Impaling Wire on an indoor map like Midwich is free m1s.

God knows why people want his chains to be buffed, they work perfectly as anti loop. Just lock them at a loop like you would with pyramid head and spam it till you hit one and get a free m1 cos they can't get to the pallet before you get to them. I can only assume people that want it buffed just attempt max distance chains in the middle of nowhere and then get confused why they cant catch up in time before the survivor breaks them off.

His 4v1 is amazing but his 1v1 is horrible. Good survivors know when to solve the box or they hold onto it while the others do gens. He's fun to play as but the devs need to stop making killers that only work when the survivors are potatoes.

Fun to play as. But not really enjoyable to go against. Mainly because every Pinhead I face is using Engineers Fang.

He needs a QOL buff, he shines in some areas and is fun to play, but the stripping of voice lines still angers me since that was part of the movie..he just needs a slight boost and hed be guuci

    Pinhead needs a buff.
