Dead Hard is fine
I think some of the players should look at dead hard before the dedicated servers were added cause this is how it was before dedicated servers was a thing. They brought Dead Hard back to it's old self only difference is that you can still hear the hit and scream now where before you didn't.

Can you explain how it is fine to have my chainsaw hit eaten, my Ambush hit eaten (when it would continue through DH and hit normally), my Hatchet hit eaten when a survivor uses DH to body block when it should pass through and injure their friend, my Tentacle Strike eaten at a pallet forcing me into cooldown without damaging the pallet, etc?

I would advise you to not waste your time or breath on these killers, good killers and some I see says they dont have no issue and know how to counter dead hard, honestly its just bad killers complaining about it just like how there is a constant boon totem complaints, still waiting on new vigil/ built to last complaints and much more, they need to just remove us survivors and lets the killers kill each other. People should see how a joke dead hard is if its not on pc ps5 or xbox one, much rather sprint burst on ps4 and lower consoles.

I'm actually a killer/survivor player myself and I was confused at first when it happened to me as killer than I just accepted it being back to it's old self now before dedicated servers

I use coup and usually down people at the end of their dead hards anyways it's so dirty muhaha

Can you explain how to play around it eating powers and forcing cooldowns that would normally be hits/repositions/pallet breaks depending on the power, so everyone can become a good killer that doesn't complain?

can you explain to me how bs it is for nemesis to easily clap you through pallets and windows with his tentacles.

True...the problem is map tiles / Rng (sometimes you can get safe pallet town / insane strong windows or Dead zone city.. . rarely a balanced RNG ...about dead hard yeah thats how it used to work in the first place idk why people complain about dead hard when the problem is the maps being unbalance for killer (cof cof COWSHED) also YEAH u can see when people is exhausted on the ground while playing killer too.. its hard to notice but yeah....now it seems not happen anymore so far for me...
A) they go down.
B) my hit gets rejected because of they reacted in time Now yeah the sound it's annoying but until they fixed we now have to get used to it.
NOT HAPPENING AGAIN SO FAR:
C) the survivors teleports ahead of the place you downed them.(EXHAUSTED ON THE GROUND most of the times) I tested that with friends and asking in the endgame chat(PUBLIC MATCHES)...and yeah it was true

It can happen with all projectiles, although it doesn't really matter vs Plague.

Yeah it's fine. Not at all broken to get completely outplayed but be able to make it to safety because you pressed a single button. Even before validation it was a bs perk now it's even more so.

I can't, as it is an intended mechanic.
Additionally, his T1/T2 tentacle is about the same distance as a lunge - if you're hit at a pallet/window by it, you're not playing well at all, as he could have just lunged you instead of waiting for tentacle to charge + whip.
But, I notice you did not answer my question at all, and dare I say, instantly strawmanned it.

Ask the killers who says they have no issues with countering dead hard, there is your answer. Or ask players who dont play on pc/ps5 or xbox series and playing on low crappy consoles on how whack dead hard is. I still have my ps4 but I am on ps5 now thats when dead hard finally have use. its not about playing well am making an example how people complain on dead hard but killers like nemesis whip hitting throw windows and pallets or PP head range blood attack that goes through walls . Killers again have alot of bs perks as bs as dead yall think is. Some people are even using demo fearmonger that forces a exahust and blind effect when on your a gen, that is another counter to exhaust perks.
