Killer / Survivor sided ????
So I tend to play survivor and killer equal. Reading the posts I see a lot of survivors saying it is killer sided and a lot of killers saying it is survivor sided, but I have come to another conclusion.
This is that there are a lot of bad players on DBD at the moment.
This morning I have played killers doing the challenges of the Midnight Grove web, as they are things like break pallets, crush pumpkins and the like, I decided to play killers I don't normally play with only one perk and no addons. I then found that I was getting 4K after 4K, not because I was playing good, because I was not even going for the kills, just hitting and hooking when the chance arouse, I was not going to miss out on BP. I am not the greatest at playing killer, far from it, it was just the survivors was so bad.
I then played survivor to do gens, only to find survivors running around like headless chicken, not doing gens or anything, but getting downed at the slightest whiff of the killer, then running it to killer.
These are the players that say it is killer sided, or the poor survivors that are teamed up with them.
Then I have played games as a survivor where the killer is so easy to dupe, watching them miss attacks. These are the killers that say it is survivor sided.

In my opinion neither this game does not tremendously favor one side however this game isn't completely balanced both sides has its ups and downs

Low MMR -> Killer sided
Avarage MMR -> balanced, but depends on killer
High MMR -> Survivor sided, unless you play top 3 killers
Tournament level -> Survivor sided, always.

The game isn’t sided towards either side. The reason people say it’s survivor sided is because you have to rely on boring tactics to win, which is true. That doesn’t make the game survivor sided though, it just means that this is the most reliable strategy to win, same thing with survivors doing gens fast. They’re both boring tactics but can you really blame either side for doing it?

It's casual sided and it's not only because they are majority, but because they are loud.
But if we talk about skills levels then it's:
Noob level - killer sided. It's not so hard to beat noobs because they struggle to run more than 10-20sec and usually suicide on u.
Average - 50/50. It's when survivors are not that good yet, but u feel they pressure gens.
Experienced - survivor sided. It's when gens fly away and u pray to get 2k because every single survivor knows what to do.

Finally I can 100% agree with you on this one everything is on point and what you said is true and been trying to say this since day one either side is gonna find the other op because of many different situations.

It's a cycle... cause the game recognizes Kills V Escapes nothing more and nothing less
Survivors pressure Gens (I don't want to say Genrush but)
Killers pressure Survivors (I don't want to say Tunneling/Camping but)
They cause and are effects of one another
Genrush: Killer doesn't pressure Survivors
Tunneling/Camping: Survivors don't pressure Killers
This game is RNG sided....

Survivors have almost complete control, whether or not they have the skill to back it up is another matter.

Whatever the majority of people play in the game will always be the OP side. This should be obvious. Survivors will always have it easier due to the majority of the player base playing the "Survivor" role. The Survivor bias is and has been clear for awhile.

Most of the time, playing Killer in DBD is like selecting a harder difficulty in any game. That is all.
