The add ons that makes you throw knifes faster need to go it actually give no way to escape to survivors.If you want to balance it quit it all

So you want to nerf an add-on not Trickster himself. Trickster can be very hard to deal with on some maps (As is most killers) but they all seem to have a map/realm or two that they are not as good in.
Let's not nerf another killers 1v1 in a 1v4 game when they have 0 map pressure.

I play Trickster and I dont see any reason to remove these perks. Play stronger loops and also help your teammates. Theres no shame at all in taking a few daggers for a teammate so they can run away and heal. Even a health state isn't the end of the world.

I have been wanting a trickster rework for a awhile now. I personally think he’s very very unhealthy for the game. His power seems underwhelming at most times especially on console at 30FPS.. When going against a good trickster I feel like no matter how good of a survivor you really are you just simply go down at any even nook or cranny and angle on the map.. There are also plenty of situations where you just get absolutely beamed for 2 health states in a 10sec window because it’s just trickster.
Did I also mention he’s better at proxy camping hooked survivors then leatherface…?

Im main killer but im not blindly biased. Trickster doesnt start 0-100 % max speed throwing for a reason.With that add on it completely eliminates it.

Trickster needs a complete rework imo. His current power is just bad.

People confuse nerf with rework. Trickster is by no means strong, making him weaker would be redundant and is what happened to Deathslinger. Trickster does not need to be weaker, rather his power to needs to be changed to allow actual counterplay. He throws his knives to fast with not enough cooldown between them and with way to many knives even without addons. His power is unavoidable unless using a long wall loop and will slowly injure you over time even if you perfectly loop. Also showstopper is just... bad, rapid knives? Most good tricksters hold the showstopper until somebody is hooked and then camp the hook making a save near impossible.

Only thing I'd change is not have him build knive hits during the wounded rush. I noticed it one match could be mistaken and it doesn't actually happen feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I do agree he needs a nerf. Much slower throwing of knives or slower cooldown after he finishes throwing. He is like old Legion used to be. When you get spotted, there is nothing you can do but go down.

(Say 2:1 would mean you play survivor 2 hours for every 1 hour as killer)

Just nerfing the poor buy will not do it.
The problem is that Trickster ends chases too fast while having no pressure on the map. If anything he needs a slight rework again to compensate for this and make him a better rounded killer: Nerf his chase, buff his slowdown or map pressure...
Something like: Okay, you now need 10 knifes for a state of damage. However the meter no longer decays and survivors have to pull the knifes out 2 seconds per knife, double speed when another survivor does it. Per knife still stuck you receive a 1% action speed debuff on healing, cleansing and repairing. Add-ons to increase the debuff (0,2% brown, 0,3% yellow, 0,6% purple) and add-ons for slower knife removal (+0,2 seconds yellow, +0,4 seconds green, +0,6 seconds purple).

Trickster needs a complete rework on his power, its obvious hes doesn't need a nerf. Hes absolutly meme killer playing with controller. I like him so much, but i cant play as him, because i play on ps4, i lose every single knife. Hes ridiculous for consoles. i hope for a rework on future.

In my opinion, those addons are balanced since they also slow him down faster, especially noticeable at long loops. Trickster's counterplay is your own positioning and the way you run loops. He is really good at taking down survivors in the open if they position themselves poorly compared to other ranged killers, but he is also really bad at running loops compared to other ranged killers unless you drop a pallet or vault a window in his face. That's exactly why positioning and line of sight is a counter to him. Plus he is already weak enough due to his lack of 1v4 and a good survivor can out-position his 1v1 if they know which loop to use. A good Trickster knows how to catch you off guard to out-position you but you can also prepare for this since that is his counterplay. I also play him just fine on console but I know the older generation consoles have a harder time due to BHVR.
