Camping and tunneling do not take the game hostage, stop being over dramatic. You are still playing the game when getting tunneled and even when getting camped. Yes, they’re frustrating and boring, still doesn’t mean you’re not playing.
Complaining about “wasted time” is moot. Unless you earn a living do this, all video games can be considered a waste of time.
Finally, the game is 1 Vs 4. The 1 should be able to dictate who they go after and how fast they want them out of the match, granted that they can catch them first. Nerfing tunneling and camping will break that power dynamic and will also kill the game.
While I’d like to see face camping gone, there really aren’t many options to get rid of it without drastically changing the core game mechanics, something that if done wrong, can kill this game. So I don’t blame the devs for being overly cautious about it.

The devs had said before than Camping and Tunneling are legit tactics so I don’t think they are going to do anything about it.

when the killer picks up the survivor that he just picked up from tunneling GET WHAT YOU DUSERVE actives. Run behind the killer and press the action button and you well get a skill check pull out a belt and wipe the butt making them stun dropping the survivor. When the killer face camps you press action button to make spitng sounds and bluring the killers vision with spit. If the killer hits you on hook you spit why more and make the killer completely blind and stunned for 5 seconds

Being on hook is part of the game, yes. Being on hook until you die because the killer wont leave long enough to let anyone help you should not be part of the game.
And no, you're not actually doing anything while you're on a hook. That is the purpose of the hook and the purpose of camping. To prevent a player from playing the game long enough to kill them and take the advantage.

Yes, you are doing something while being on the hook, it’s called being patient and hanging on for as long as possible in order to give your teammates time to get as many gens completed as possible.
It’s not that you don’t see it, it’s that you just don’t want to accept that it’s part of playing the game because it’s just not “fun”.

The killers job is to kill I dell with it all the time. It really the teams fault for not training hooks and playing smart nowing when to trad hooks so sad.
Just like the killer has to make the right José when having one gene left.

Try playing killer sometimes to get a perspective on both sides. From the way SBMM seems to work, at the top ranks camping and tunneling becomes necessary in a good chunk of the games. It seems like the game is directed towards this play style. Learn to adapt at the lower ranks.

I said in another post and I say it here again.
If you get tunneled ext3nd the chase with the Perks who help you to do that. And try to outsmart the Killer.
If you get camped blame your mates for not outsmarting him. Or doing the gens so at least you bought them this time to do that.
That getting camped is no fun I think even Killers agree that it is no fun. But they have to get a kill somehow.
If you get down the first minute in the game and get camped so be it. If it's a Bubba then tough luck. It was a pain with him even before now.
If it's a M1 Killer and no insta kill Killer why did noone tried?
If it was endgame with NOED why have noone done totems?
Everytime someone camps it starts a shitstorm here.
And for information I get my fair share of all this in my matches.
I never blame the Killer for that. I blame myself for getting downed the first place, I blame my mate for not helping or not doing a single gen in that time or I blame the physics in the game for hits that shouldn't be possible.
What you and others forget is, the Killer plays the same game. And if he tries everything and you all snowball him he hates the game. But if he says something it's 4 on 1.
If you guys would give the Killer some respect at the end when he plays nice the most wouldn't have to go the other road.
If guys like you wouldn't have complained so much some time ago there wouldn't be the situation that matchmaking was based on kills and escapes. And the killers wouldn't need the tunneling and camping to get their MMR points.
So we all lose in such situations cause somebody thinks a legit tactic is unfair cause it was used on him.
And the comment that the Killer takes the game hostage with camping is BS.
5 people play this game. And with camping 3 can do what they want.
And you forget the moment the Killer starts to camp he takes himself out of the normal gameplay too.
So for Entitus sake stop crying about this things and go on.

I love how I'm being dramatic over complaining, everyone is so bitter. So if the killer camps Everyone until they are dead then that's not taking it hostage? Plz as if, that's bullshit. Well if you can't beat them then join them, the Devs say that because they can't fix it they don't know how I mean these Devs cut levels and perk's because they can't even do the ground work properly. It's a weak tactic none the less. If you can't beat them then join them. Might as well.
