Should I report hacker? I need an advice.
I am probably playing on high MMR. I faced 1-2 hackers everyday. Everytime, I report in game, record the clip, upload to youtube, submit a ticket with proof to BHVR. Each time I report, it took 20 mins at least (including checking cloud ID, etc). But the only thing I received is automatically reply email of BHVR, nothing more.
I feel all of my effort was wasted, because I still faced hacker day by day, meanwhile no confirmation from responsible people.
I really need the advice of everybody here, what should I do?

If you have the patience and evidence you should, but if you feel like it’s a waste of your time you shouldn’t. It’s a video game and not a job, you should only be here to play, not file reports.
If it gets bad enough, the devs will be forced to do something or they can just watch the game die.
They should have a better in game report system to make things easier. It would be nice.

Support won't give you a responce. You will need to check the users profile to see if they were ban.

If they are on PC/Steam also use steam systems

Thank you, but I am playing on console, there is no way to check hacker's steam profile.
Thank you, I had a same thought, probably I will quit game for few months to see if anything will be changed and the reaction of devs.

Check and see if your Youtube video gets any views, I stopped reporting when it became obvious no-one at BHVR is checking the videos.

At this point I'm tempted to say that cheaters aren't their #1 priority. Which should be since if they didn't use an outdated version of EAC.... wait a minute they can't because their games code is so bad that they basically have to re-write it. Also reporting them basically does nothing since they can have another account in minutes.

And you will see they never answer a thread where it is about cheaters, even in FAQ etc. they dodge such questions as much as possible

Yes, The devs don't give a damh about hackers, The last 2-3 years its been bad but right now its been even worse, Reporting ingame is very pointless, There is 0 point reporting because the devs don't care.

No, devs don't care about hackers so there is no point in trying. Just best to move on from the match.
Same thing goes for players who are griefing players (LEGIT bodyblocking and LEGIT harassment)
