So how long until we get a list of banned words by the filter?
Since it's clearly arbitrary what is actually banned. "gg" "stealthing" and "IRL" are all very normal words that get banned that all have legitimate in-game uses. I'm 100% certain the list is longer than just this.

I don't think the filter works like that, I say gg to people and get back a gg all the time and I have yet to see it banned.

it's all wishy washy. I've had times I could not say gg, and others that I could. I've also had times I could not say "IRL" but could say "In Real Life." and had it reversed. Ironically, I think "In Real Time" isn't banned, which can be used the same way.

I've seen the names of survivor and killer characters be censored. So if you were to say "The Claudette played well" then "Claudette" would be censored. Pretty funny tbh, not only does the game not work but neither does the censor.

i said "GG WP" and it said "GG ##" xD i think it is just random. The other day i had "phone" censored.
the name censoring could be so you can't blame someone(??) like "wow ###### you are bad"

I wonder if caps lock plays into it at all? I put "gg wp" all the time in lower case and it never gets hit, so maybe the all caps reads as aggressive...?
It's really not a very good system at all and I have no idea why it was made this way.

I've seen single letters being censored. I really don't think it's based on a list of words.

Name "Woody" is bad, filter thinks.
Idk why, but it makes me smile when in the post game chat someone types it and it gets censored lol
