Funeral for Demo (but like for real this time)
Demo' been one of my favorite killers for a long time, and I'm going to be sad to see him go. Sure, he's still going to be in the game after November 17th, (correct me if I'm wrong on the date) but one thing's for sure: It definitely won't feel the same.
Now's your chance to pay respects.

STBFL Demo is one of the most fun builds in this entire game, and the fact that new players won't get to try it out for themselves is very sad :(

F. I feel bad for new players in the future who can't purchase Demo, Steve and Nancy or experience Hawkins. It is my favourite in-door map by far.

F for Demo. I know the Mind Flayer wanted its dog back, but the Entity's realm will forever be lesser for the newcomers who don't get to shred down survivors, experience the joys of Leprose Lichen, or scream at the top of their lungs every time they break something.
I'll treasure every Demogorgon I meet from here on out.

It's a real shame that BHVR didn't spring for a renewal on their 2 year timed deal. Hopefully none of their other licensed characters had a timed deal.

If they would have been smart, they would have made that when you play on netflix, you get the DLC for free and some special skin or something

I really like Demo. I just wish his ambient sounds were adjusted - it's hard listening to footsteps when it sounds like I'm halfway through a slice of pizza.
He's like Hag. Regardless of their relative power (Demo has QOL issues, but is certainly not weak), they play a setup heavy game and take a long while to get a feel for. A lot of newcomers get used to a more unga bunga style (Bubba, Huntress, Wraith etc.), and it's hard to make the switch over later.
I personally prefer more idiosyncratic killers, and so generally play Demo, Hag, Pinhead, Doctor and co.
What is interesting is how many survivors complain about me playing these killers postgame. 'Just ******* play normally *** no skill noob' or some variety thereof. A big reason why I like these killers is that survivors have to adjust their playstyle, which catches people out.
