Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

You can snuff out the totems by locating them through the sound effects, removing the effect temporarily until further blessings.

You can also recreate The Blair Witch Project if it's going too badly but I wouldn't suggest it

    That's the secret, you don't.

Either you waste the time snuffing them out for the survivor to place it down again or you leave it up and let them have strong benefits.

Your best bet is to play Plague who at least counters CoH and can deal with Shadow Step due to survivors being easier to track when infected.

    You don’t, lol.

It’s a lose-lose, you waste time snuffing a totem which you don’t have time to snuff, or you don’t and then you lose because you can’t apply enough pressure.

Anyone still unironically telling you to “do bones” may as well be telling you to tunnel them out of the game. Because that’s the only way to truly do them.

Honestly the most efficient thing to do is capitalize on your first chase by tunneling someone out of the game. It's the only reliable way to apply pressure anymore.

Whether or not you've feel comfortable playing that way is another matter entirely.

Don't tunnel, slug. Tunneling doesn't stop survivors from gen rush, while slugging distracts very well. Like get down, hook, wait till someone saves him, get down 2nd player and slug 1st in case he has Ds.

Do it in circles and hope for the best. There's no way 2 players can 5 gen u fast enough.

Boons don't really bother me I treat them like medkits if I know a boon is active (just like if I know the survivor I'm chasing has a medkit) I just don't abandon the chase down and hook

Also run thrill with ruin undying it's amazing against boon players

By being high tier or tunneling out the boon user.

You can't really. Snuff multiple times, avoid known totem spots, kill boon perk users, or ignore them, those are your options.

Thanks for the imput i read all the comment and i could think about 4 solution

1- use a hex build with trill of the hunt the idea is not bad i just need to get use to the luck factor if i use hex build and i find that hard to play around that.

2- i play bubba and camp i find that boring after a while but this can give me some win if survivor are altruistic and i counter boon like that.

3- i just dont play killer and continue to play survivor with my boon and destroy the killer i face 75% of my match

4- i found that solution when i was looking on other post and its just to uninstall the game because the dev think the game is fine like it is.
