Because its not Blight thats the problem, its the perks that are commonly ran with him

Yea what needs to change is the ruin and tinkerer playstyle. It basically means that he's always going to push you off of gens the entire game and run away when another tinkerer pops. Really boring gameplay. I think an easy fix for it would be to only have tinkerer trigger once per gen. This hurts tinkerer obviously, but at the moment its only used for this playstyle and not really anything else.

It was Wraith before his nerf. Terrible decision by the devs to nerf him.

Its used to be freddy after the survivor got deathslinger and wraith i believe the next killer to get destroy is blight or nemesis

what if it granted stealth for longer, but only at 90/85/80% gen progress?

Wraith just got his add-ons adjusted. He plays the exact same.

Perks don't really matter if you're a good killer. You can make any build work but it's having the skill to not rely on the meta to do all the hard work for you. It is definitely harder, but still not impossible.
Still though, that doesn't count for the survivors who stack things on top of each other for the best advantage they can get. Sometimes there's not a lot you can do in that situation.

His lunge got nerfed.

He actually got a nerf to his speed boost when uncloaking, the duration is now 1 second as opposed to 1.25 seconds
It is a pretty sizeable change, but not enough to move him down in much in viability

Freddy on-release.
Not only was that initial nerf completely undeserved, but reading people's complaints from back then (all of them from players with less than 10 hours, mind you) makes you want to pop your eyes out.
It is dumb, stupid and scary at the same time.

Pig. People unironically still ask for Pig to be nerfed despite pretty unanimously being agreed upon to be low-to-bottom tier, because once in a blue moon someone doesn't get their RBT off or a Pig gambles on throwing the whole game to bodyblock a jigsaw box.

Definitely Wraith. I'm tired of people not wanting to adjust to killers, constantly demanding for a Wraith nerf to his base-kit. His purple All-Seeing? Yeah, go for it, it could use a nerf or a rework. But Wraith was fine as he was, and now his chase game sucks more than it already did. Hit & run isn't as good either because of Circle of Healing.

Wraith is the biggie. He had a few months of viability and was then nerfed and nerfed again. The boons got introduced, which almost completely counter his attrition style of play.
Pinhead and Slinger are also good examples.
Doctor is a silly one, and has one solid gimmick build involving Starstruck.

It used to be 85% but that didn’t give the killer enough time to get to the gen.
I don’t think it necessarily needs a nerf, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it having a 30 second cooldown on activating on the same gen (mainly only targeting it’s ruin synergy here).
As for the original question, it was def wraith before the nerf - people complain about him because they don’t know how to play against him.
Now that wraith got nerfed it’s probably bubba.

I would say Twins, with that 8 second stun she now has on a successful pounce followed by a switch back to Charlotte. 3 Seconds was more than enough time to either gain distance, get picked up or kick Victor before the changes, even when grouped together, now with boons on the scene Twins has no chance with how she's currently designed.

Doctor. He's a noob stomper and you get plenty of less experienced players that think he's the most unfair thing ever, when he's a solidly middle of the road M1 killer without much going for him beyond detection and a very finicky antiloop. It's telling that players who try to hide hate him and the ones that understand you can do plenty of things in a killer's face and being chased isn't a bad thing don't care about him.
And Wraith as of a few months ago, but he did get hit with the nerf gun. Good night, my sweet prince.
Interested in hearing about Legion and Plague in the OP - I virtually never hear anyone suggest balance changes with Plague either way, before or after her massive QOL buffs, and most comments I hear on Legion ask for a total rework. Unless we're talking about original Legion, but that was deserved because they actually were broken.

I think someone said to me in a post game "bruh, it's toxic you won't let me heal!", or something to that effect. that's what prompted legion.
same kinda thing for plague, but about boons instead.

I agree with this, but I also think pc blights demand nerfs specifically because of the dpi flick that console users don’t have access too and can make it unfair in chase.

Well i been playing for almost 2 years and IMO no killers need to be nerfed (the directional audio for spirit i agree). Most of the issues are perks related to specific killers. Killers should be strong not be a plaything for survivors.
Pig, Freddy, Legion, Wraith and Trapper are just a joke imo. They need buffed in specific areas. Freddy is in a horrible spot right now any good he can do is tied to a dream world that a baby can get out of. His add-ons look like they were designed by my ass hair and STILL rely on the dream world. There should be a debuff of some kind when in the dream world. He only needed his ropes/chains swapped not his entire kit.

1 Survivor Perk=Decisive Strike has been NERFED in over 5 years so ya.
Killer is still OP? LOL! Many Survivor Perks since then have been BUFFED. Lotta new players here. It's ok you are entitled to your opinion. ;)

I'm just pointing out Survivor has gotten 1 NERF and it took 5 years. Killers getting nerfed every few Months or at least looked into every year. I just think it's funny you guys don't see the writing on the wall and I keep reading about how Killer sucks. JUST DON'T PLAY KILLER.

Survivor gameplay varies in balance due to map generation. DH is a problem but it's not a huge focus rn. Generally survivor gameplay is balanced for both sides in a perfect setting (no strong tile connections, no dead zones, etc.) but that happens once in a blue moon.

Definitely Doc. So many new and bad players hate him because they don't understand that this game isn't strictly hide n seek, and they don't like so easily being found. Same reason those same bad players hate BBQ and don't realize how beneficial it is to them.

That DPI flick isn't really a thing anymore, pretty sure you can "flick" just as much as PC players can now on console

From what I've seen, people hate Bubba, Hag, Twins, Spirit, Trickster and Blight.
I don't think any of them need nerf but I get why people hate them and why asking for nerfs.
About already nerfed killers, I'd say Hillbilly, Deathslinger, Freddy got undeserved nerfs.

Billy was the worst nerf decision they ever made. Billy was fun, he was fun to play against. Everyone loved to play as or against billy. It was a bunch of whiners complaining that they couldn't do an unsafe gen and stealth away from it without getting chainsawed. Uh yeah, what did you think was going to happen?

All of them. At the actual moment the only thing that needs to be looked at is Alchemist Ring Blight (not basekit, just the addon). Everything else is just people being crybabies like always.
