How do we feel about Jolt/Surge proccing on special attack downs?

Can we please talk about buffing Jolt/Surge to proc on special attack downs? It's use is already limited, it could really spice up some crusty meta builds on some killers too, if it were buffed this way. Thank you for your input.

    Definitely should be buffed to work on special attacks. I also don't think it needs a cooldown. If you're downing people that fast, they have bigger problems.

    Think about it, Nemesis tentacles, Billy and Bubba saws, Artist crows,Plague puke. It could really make these killer more powerful.

    Should work on special attacks and not even have a cooldown. The amount it regresses is already extremely minor. 8% is literally seconds of a survivors time, that's it. We also know base regression is basically near worthless so there isn't much value there either.

    Nah, it would totally be broken. There is a reason it is m1 only, and Behavior knows best.
