Did i just got hacked while playing dbd?

While i was playing a minute ago, i was playing wraith for my daily ritual with only 3 perks when suddenly near the end of the match as i was returning to my hooked survivor laurie strode my laptop suddenly goes haywire as if the alt and windows button got stuck on press and i couldn't move my character with the keyboard meanwhile my mouse is untouched, i suddenly saw the survivors run directly to the hook with no fear and just looked at me as if nothing is going to happen, i immediately unplugged my second keyboard that i was using and tried to use my first keyboard to no effect, the whole thing just keep going on until i finally decided to reset my laptop.

can somebody tell me if this is related at least.

    I would just keep using your second keyboard and see if that issue comes back. If it does then it could be malfunctioning or have keys that are stuck. Especially if you like to grub on or near your laptop... grime can and will build up in places you don't think they would.

    this never happened with my second keyboard before, and when i unplugged it, it stayed. i haven't done anything with my keyboard though.

    and i even had to reset my laptop for it to be fixed, no its not a hardware problem.

    Very unlikely. More likely to be a hardware issue.

    Ngl this kinda sounds like the start of a cliché creepypasta (No offense intended towards you OP I know you're being serious)

    But yeah as others have said, very likely a glitch that happened on your PC. The survivors were probably just confused.

    its technically due to my weak modem security with lowered firewall, i was doing that to lower my ping but now i've changed it, i know it wasn't from the game directly, but i still suspect it might have something to do with ip addresses being leaked lately.

    or probably some sort of malware, but my laptop is always up to date so i doubt it.

    both of my keyboards are doing fine in the past few hours, and i'm still playing dbd even now.
