A survivor whose perks give them an advantage due to their murderous/criminal background?
Could be interesting.

I was thinking more a Survivor whose perks give them an advantage due to actually having been influenced by the Entity in the past. Or maybe both.

I'd love that, personally!
The closest we have (and it's not even that close) is James Sunderland, whose guilt made him effectively create Pyramid Head with Silent Hill's influence (although, granted, not knowingly!).
A killer who refused and the Entity tortured, yet refused to fall so was chucked in as a survivor instead could have perks based on their inside knowledge of the Entity's way of managing its killers.

Is this about how killers switched to survivor because playing killer is unfun these days? Or it's just a coincidence.

I'll accept it only if they're forced into first-person, are Nemesis-sized, and stomp as loudly as Demogorgon.
In actuality, it's whatever. Could result in some interesting perks.

Depends on how it was made it, survivors are seem as the "heroes" and are usually pretty good people or morally Grey like Yun-jin and if it's even a little beyond that they are turned into killers like Wraith, if it's a person who did it but becomes super remorseful I would be okay with the idea but if it was just a evil serial killer I wouldn't like it.
A killer turned into a survivor also don't make a lot of sense, we know that the entity doesn't accept no as an answer and would torture them until there's nothing left, if that proved to be fruitless I think it would just throw them into the void.

That's the first thing that I thought of!
