Nintendo switch Internet error + blood point lost

My friend Plays on Nintendo switch, everytime a match ends he gets this error saying he is not connected to Internet, and that he must be connected, but his Internet its Just fine, its not his Internet. Algo because he get this error the blood points earnet get loss so he is not able to level up.

Can anyone tell me how o fix this? Or What can my friend do? Cause theres no point on playing if you cant progress.

    Please let me know if someone knows how to fix this. He already reinstall it, and turn off the switch but nothing seems to help
