What DLC is transferred in cross-progression
So I started playing on Switch and changed over to PC a little while back. When Switch cross progression does eventually get completed, will the extra starter characters from the Switch version transfer over to PC? Do they count as "DLC?"

Hey, unfortunately, Switch doesn't have cross progression at the moment and there is no ETA on it.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I will clarify my question, what I am trying to ask is (if/when Switch cross progression is released) will the character's I didn't buy as DLC transfer (Adam, Spirit, Doctor, Kate, Feng etc.)?

This might be the answer from the thread: "Due to technical aspects beyond our control, transferring DLC between all platforms has not been possible, significantly impacting that experience." Whilst it is the goal to have as much as possible shared between platforms, it is not clear at this moment and the team is being dedicated on making it possible.
Essentially, in short, there is no definitive answer currently for your question.
