Pretty Good Customer Service So Far
I lost my Deathslinger 4th anniversary gun skin. I e-mailed BHVR about and gave them the info. They asked 1 set of follow-up questions where I told them I'd also been having issues with losing bloodweb progress and not getting the BP back for it.
Their solution was to say since they couldn't find a record of me having the gun skin (even though I have the other 2 and the full set for Claudette) was to close the ticket with a sorry not sorry sort of response.
The icing on the cake is I just played a survivor match, the game glitched and gave the killer bloodwarden for about 10 seconds, then after I escaped the game crashed and I didn't get any BP or rift fragments.
I can't help but laugh at the absurdity.

When you lose all your progress on your account all they do is give you some BP.
When they dropped the new expensive skins to 90% off last year three days after release, they didn't compensate the people who bought it before the sudden discount.
BHVR don't do customer service. They don't ######### care about you. They got your money already.

This goes for nearly ALL business of any sort. People need to understand this #########. They don't care about you. Only your wallet.

That’s simply not true. Many good businesses provide free, excellent customer service, to keep their customers happy and coming back.

My worst nightmare is waste all my progress on the game. Even though I never spend a single penny on this game cause I don't think it deserves, the amount of time spent to prestige my characters and all things I bought "for free" on the perks rift is too much for a bug to come and take for me.
There's a streamer I watch that Lost all the progress live due to a bug at the login screen and BHVR gave like 15 Million BP or so after a lot of time.

It is true. They want you coming back for your money. If you have nothing to give them see how quick their "excellent" customer service goes to #########. Not going to argue this further, Beaver Cleaver.

They will only want you coming back if you are a regular cosmetic and DLC purchaser. If you haven't bought anything with your money for the last year, you are a dead weight for them. Of course they see all your purchase history, and if they decide you are not worth their time because you don't buy - they will briefly see you out instead of solving your problem. If you don't promise them more profit in the future, why would they care about you outside of what is required by legislation? Business is all about profit and efficiency, after all.

Not necessarily. Epic owes me $20 and they knew I spent plenty on their game. They still decided to jerk me around and blame Playstation instead of just giving me the virtual currency I could prove I purchased on a game that later died anyways because Fortnite. You know the kicker? They offered refunds when it died. I never took them up on that offer because that $20 dollars gave me something far more valuable than a cosmetic. It gave me knowledge that would later save me much more than $20.
