Is it really outplaying someone if you use unbreakable?

Sure The killer should play cautiously around it but A perk that allows you to just get up after being out played originally is so silly imo. I am not saying people should not use it but don't talk smack about it after. Its the only perk in the game to actually annoy me. Dead hard is nothing compared to this stupid perk.

I don't use it. Sounds like a selfish perk to me.

I mean.. "is it really outplaying someone if you use X perk?"

Yes. It is. You can play around it, you didn't, and got out played. If someone wants to gloat about their win, let em. They earned it. Just the same, if you want gloat about your own win, go for it. You earned it.

If you really feel like using a perk is too much and means they didn't actually outplay you, then you in turn should never use any perks at all because if you do, you're not actually outplaying anyone. Right? That's the logic you're using. So in all fairness, either you go perkless or accept that you got outplayed and move on with your life

Using unbreakable is just a tool

Using Unbreakable to take a protection hit in chase? Now that can be an outplay

I try not to use any gen defense at all. So I usually dominate without losing gens without deadlock pop ruin etc... I just hate that one perk to which i have a right to dislike something. But getting out played and downed then popping up because of a perk and teabagging and saying outplayed is NOT really an outplay. Thats like saying "I just hit you with noed and you got outplayed" I just hate how crutchy some perks are and how they take form the game all the time. Thats all. Again I am not saying people cannot use the perk. I am simply saying I got out perked not outplayed.

I think your taking this to a level where I did not intend for it to go. I literally said I am not saying people should not use or cannot use the perk. I am expressing a huge disliking for it is all.

It's not outplaying, it's more like punishing or recovering I guess

Unbreakable is extremely balanced and situational. You can only be bothered by it if you let it be used.

DbD is a game of random reverse cards. No, it's not really an outplay if someone happens to have X perk that specifically counters X situation that arose. We could go down the list of perks on both sides and say "Is it really an outplay if this perks gets value?".

Unbreakable is basically the biggest outplay imaginable. Nothing disgraces a killer more.

Damn i 4 man slugged a team right next to the hook because they were altruistic and played badly..... Now as I go to hook the 2nd guy an unbreakable happened. Guess I got outplayed there when i physically couldn't hook them in time.

Right, you did. It happens. You out played them because of their hook bombing strategy, and they in turn outplayed you by using unbreakable. They likely went down with an unbreakable play in mind, and that was their plan all along. They executed what they had planned, and you were outplayed by it.

I would say an unbreakable outplay would have to be like a 2-3min chase that leads to the unbreakable. I would consider that an outplay with the amount of time wasted.
