We're talking about the weird times we get snow in our countries, I'm from the UK and I'm assuming GoodBoyKaru might as well but I'm not sure.
We've had times where we get no snow in November/December (aka when it's most wanted/would make more sense) but then we get snow in the dumbest of times like Febuary or April

We have snow whole November and it going to stay there until March.
Recenly we had slight warming and snow become little wet. And wet snow is good for building snowmen and making snowballs. When it's getting colder snow stops being sticky enough for building. Most of the time it's cold winter here, so it was a rare case.
