But we are getting free cosmetics, they said during the event that you can unlock all original characters christmas sweaters(not leon or jills as they are from resident evil) as well as some for killers.

Personally I don't understand why they're so stingy with the blood points. Only 30,000? I know it's free and I don't mean to sound ungrateful, it's just that a single killer match can net you double that.

ya, I believe that the sweaters are only gonna be for the most recent survivors, (the trickster DLC leading up to the artists DLC) its supposed to be earned in matches but we will probably find out sometime next week leading up to the 9th.

I quite like the daily gifts, only problem I have with it is that I've already reached tier 70 so the days rewarding rift fragments basically mean I get nothing. I'd really appreciate more shards in those days so I can purchase more skins :)

I'm extremely disappointed that rift fragments are a "reward" for the calendar, I know that not a lot of people play this game a lot like me but it is sad considering that most people are level 55-60 which could get to 70 with the next tome.
Also, we only get 240k BP I think, not even 250k.

Not much bloodpoints, rift fragments are great for only casuals who barely play 2-3 hours a week. For me they are worthless (and for most active players they are allready done or close to done with the Rift).
Shards are only nice thing there.
Edit: There are more days than I thought so that makes it better.

Being ironically cringe doesn't make it any less obnoxious or annoying
I look at the twitter for news about the game, not to see a team of BHVR staff roleplaying as Dwight (and not being funny in the process)

I don't think it's ironically cringe. I think it's intentionally campy, like the era of slasher horrors.
