The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Killers are desperate and now resorting to this
The game has become increasingly more and more difficult for high level killer for the obvious reasons (Boons, perk nerfs like Thrill, killer nerfs like Pig and Deathslinger etc) and this is not including maps in which there are more maps that are disadvantage for killer as opposed to the favorable or balanced ones. So its getting so bad that you see the following:
- The use of Undying/Ruin despite Unying/Ruin being alot stronger some time ago
- Being way more strategic
- You see Corrupt/Pop often
- The increase of usage on the perk No Way Out
- Increase in Hex: No One Escapes Death usage
- Burning the offering that rejects or denies being sent to a certain realm (Unfortunately Haddonfield is at a higher % for getting on random maps which this % needs to be lowered, Haddonfield random generated % and Springwood Elementary ie Bedham)

If Sac Ward didn't burn even when no offering was played and (like every other damn generic offering) wasn't locked to the character that bought it, I'm pretty sure it would be used almost as much as possible, because map offerings are almost never good news for killers.

I really don't see the difference seems like the same to me beside No way out though I did see some killers use it but they're very little.

There is nothing new for me. This was the same when I started playing, just with a different effect for Ruin (and PGTW was only used after it was buffed).
Other than the Perks which were not released at this point.
btw. I have seen exactly 1 Sacrificial Ward in weeks. Which was burned without a Map Offering being used. Yay, great offering, 11/10, would waste BP again.

I dont really think any of the points listed are "killers being desperate".
Undying/Ruin is still a good combo despite being weaker, it still makes survivors split focus on gens.
Corrupt/Pop, keeping survivors off gens and removing gen progress is simply what you want to do to buy time.
NWO, since more games reach the endgame doing anything to keep survivors in is helpful.
NOED has and will always be useful since it promotes survivors to split focus off gens, and as always its easy to counter.
Sorry if killers don't want to get sent to haddonfield over and over again, and they shouldn't have to.(Why hasnt this map been touched in the realm beyond update, if they're still even doing that)
None of these things make killers desperate or resorting to anything, its just the way the game is atm. I only say this because the title makes it sound like an attack on killers.

Haddonfield got nerfed, it's not that terrible, but still sucks.

Haddonfield has a higher percentage of coming up, even in the normal map selection (i.e. without offerings)?
Is that confirmed?
I always thought it popped up a lot but just thought that was negativity bias making it seem like it did.

increase? killers been using (including myself) gen defense perks since 2017/2018. no problem with that. iv seen an increase in no way out true, not a huge problem anyway either.

I think it's because Lampkin Lane is the only map within the Haddonfield realm. You're more likely to see Haddonfield over, say, Blood Lodge because if you roll Autohaven Wreckers you have five options for what specific map you get; if you roll Haddonfield, you have one option, it'll always be Lampkin Lane.

Got you, so they randomly select the realm, and then the map?
What a stupid way to do it.

I think so. Don't quote me on that, but it would explain why maps like Haddonfield and Midwich (and also Badham because its variants are separate maps without being that different) feel like they pop up more often- they actually don't, and your brain just sorts every Autohaven map into "oh i rolled autohaven", even though they're different maps.
That's my theory, anyway.

Sure its not bad once or twice but being able to be sent there 5+ times by different survivors all doing a fall from great heights challenge gets tedious.

It's getting so bad that killers are... using perks and "being more strategic?"
Wow! Never thought I'd see the day where killers would use perks. It really is getting bad.
