More Blood points for doing nothing?

This is not the first time the killer disconnects and somehow I get more points for doing nothing? we spawned and the game immediately disconnected...no one was able to even move a muscle, yet I got more Bp than the rest? I'm not complaining but I really want to know why?

    You were the obsession. Living as the obsession gives you 1500 extra BP. Dying as obsession gives you 1000 extra BP.

    The Obsession gets 1,500 points on top of the standard 5,000 for Escaping.
