Pyramid head and Twins both need addon passes
There are about 2 decent add-ons on both of these killers. But heck what is the point of running anything but range add-ons on pyramid head. Twins has wooden sword and mabye forest stew and silencing cloth. I don't see a reason to run any other ones.

Twins need an add-on pass AND QOL to make them be in a better state.

Twins needs a lot more than just an addon pass.
We can agree about pyramid head though.

twins obv needs the victor cool down for pounce reduced to 3 seconds and charlottes need to be reduced to 1.5 seconds max. That or make it so if you down someone with victor you can immediately switch to charlotte. I don't know why victor got a 5 second cooldown which makes the twins' full fatigue 8 seconds since it takes charlotte 3 seconds to "fully wake up" (to start moving at full killer speed/attack).

Twins got nerfed because the popular survivor opinion on them was that they where "unfun" so they decided to nerf them. That being said I would love to see those changes and a button to kill victor instead of just leaving him somewhere while I chase someone else across the map

Freddy, PH, Pig, Twins, Ghostface and honestly Hag all need massive addon passes. Too many 'literally worse than an empty slot' ones and most of them are really boring otherwise.
Plague should be the model for addons. Three entirely different playstyles via addons alone.

And the reason for this is because Pyramid Head's add-ons are all focused on his trail like, oh the survivors are blind when they step on the trail, he's Undetectable while he's on the trail. It's ridiculous. And for Twins, all their add-ons are focused towards affecting survivors after they crush Victor, or whole Victor's on them. Why? It's nonsensical.

Pyramidhead has the worst add ons in the entire game. The only one worth a damn is the range extender. And even that isn't much.

for most of his addons it feels like there effect is 1/100ths of a perks effect. id never run his undetectable addon over the range addons

Yeah He used to be sooo good but now hes bottom of the barrel. so sad for such an iconic character

I mean it doesn't really help that survivors avoid being tormented like it's the plague.
And for good reason.
