Chapter 23 PTB & Live Information (Theory)
With the Resident Evil & Portrait Of A Murder Chapter, they released a day before or after the previous chapters from a year ago such as, Silent Hill and A Binding Of Kin.
A Binding Of Kin's PTB was on November 10th.
A Portrait Of A Murder PTB was on November 9th.
Resident Evil PTB was on May 25th.
Silent Hill PTB was on May 26th.
So, let's focus on Chapter 22, it just released on November 30th.
Chapter 23 PTB & Live Release Theory
Chapter 23 PTB might be March 3rd.
Chapter 23 Live Might Be March 31st.

I think the pattern as of late has been:

So... We're going back in time now? How can chapter 23 have a PTB on November 8th, when chapter 22 released on the 30th of the same month?
Either that, or they take a full year to release another chapter. Either way, it's revolutionary.

Next patch should be the mid-chapter, which if my thinking on the timing is correct should include a balance pass on Mikaela and her perks, including Boons Circle of Healing and Shadowstep. (Does anybody use Clairvoyance? I hardly ever see that mentioned in the forums.)

Also the actual next chapter will probably be licensed, we’re about due for another licensed killer. There were rumors about who the next license might be but you can Google those if you want. 🤷♂️

Those rumors were based on Map Pieces, which in fact were used for the new Map which was released with The Artist. So I would not give that much on those rumors anymore.
@Topic:
There will be a Midchapter. Those usually happen 6 weeks after the Chapter Release, however, Chistmas is coming up. So a Midchapter-PTB will not launch before January, so the MidChapter can be expected late January to mid February I guess. And from this onwards it will be six weeks until the Chapter 23 will be released.
The past Chapters around this time:
Demise of the Faithful --> 19th of March 2019
Chains of Hate --> 10th of March 2020
All-Kill -->30th of March 2021
So a Release around March is something which would make sense.

Clairvoyance is actually decent. I thought it worked like Detective's Hunch where you would see all the stuff for 10 seconds after pressing E.
But it works like a map, you can use it for a duration of 10 seconds, so you get the info when you need it.
