Coffee used to hurt my stomach too, but I switched to a coffee called Puroast and I can drink it with ease 😍 You should try it!
Have you tried Petro's tea? I actually get a gallon of the half-sweet half-unsweet at least twice a month. So good.

Neither, caffeine is a drug, and the same molecule is contained in tea. The more you use it, the more you need it to have the same effect, and if you stop using it you feel less energetic and feel all the craving effects.
