It's an eldritch horror I'm sure it's powerful enough to show you your preferred body before it traumatised you

I don't think the Entity would like to have something just as powerful as it in its realm. Pretty sure you could already classify the Entity as eldritch anyhow.

As far as a killer that survivors are scared to even look at, I’d love to see a Medusa killer where while a survivor has them in their field of view a token counter builds up on them and they get Conditions based on how many tokens they collect. So something like, you get one token per second she’s on your screen, and with one token you get Hindered, two tokens Blindness, three tokens Exhausted, four tokens Exposed, and five tokens significantly Hindered. (Just off the top of my head) After not seeing her for a few seconds the timer regresses back down. I think it would be a cool mechanic to have a killer that you’re actually scared to look at while being chased or hunted by them.
I know Medusa isn’t Cthulu mythos, but mechanically it sounds like what you’re asking for. 🙂

The most possible killer from darkest dungeon would be the fanatic maybe...
Remember only humanoid killers.The could add skins tho like
Meg as a hellion.
The wraith as the collector.

Problem is that the fanatic isn't really an eldritch abomination but i get your point.
I would prefer the crimson court countess then. She could switch between her monster and humanoid form.
Would love the skins though. Plague doctor claudette would be amazing. I would instantly main whoever gets the jester skin

I hear this response quite often, but I never really understand it.
Even in Eldritch Horror, there are varying tiers of abominations. A Star Spawn and a Doppelganger might be powerful horrors, but neither compare to a Great Old One.
For the purposes of DBD, I would imagine the Entity is considered to be a Great Old One, therefore the introduction of say.. a Deep One Hybrid would be great for the entity. Its essentially a darkness the Entity knows with certainty it can control.

Clown= The hag ( the most closest to the hag)

Trapper= Formless flesh.
Doctor= The prophect
Artist= The shrieker ( of course)
Deadslinger = The miller ( the are almost equal)
Hag= countess
Nurse= The collector.
Spirit = Siren mermaid.
Those are some ideas.
