Um, spine chill works. Making sure you're aware of your surroundings, don't let your head trap explode, and boop her on the snoot.
If you see her crouching mid-loop, run to a different loop.

Shorty scary Pig Lady. I like that one, reminds me again when someone once called Wraith the "Invisible Bell Man".
But genereal tips: (I probably think you're struggling with her stealth ability.)
- If you are not sure who the Killer is at the start of a match, always be extra cautious. Watch your general area and if you hear the slightest sound, let go of gens or anything so in case if it's a stealthy Killer they can't grab you.
- And yeah, like GoodBoyKaru said, if you happen to have Spine Chill, which is a base Perk.. use it to get an idea of where the Killer might come from or when he is coming.
- She is also very slow while stealthy, she'll usually try and stand up to get a grab. While she stands up, her blade makes a noise which gives you enough time to react in case you're on a gen.
I am also afraid that jump scares aren't really preventable in this game sometimes. I've got almost 5k hours and even I sheet my pants sometimes when a Tinkerer Bubba comes around the corner, or a Myers hits me from nowwhere. It actually makes this game scary and fun.. which is what it is designed for.

To avoid a jumpscare? Spine Chill is pretty fire.
To escape and loop her? Loop her like a basic M1 Killer. If she crouches to try and Ambush, run away from the loop to a different one

Spine Chill
Pro tip, don't let her be in the middle of the pallet if you can. This is where she can lunge at you best.

And on the flip side, if you play as her, try not to look directly at generators you’re sneaking up on to avoid giving Spine Chill survivors a warning signal. If you get good as side strafing to where you’re headed and use sound to listen for them as you go you can catch players who rely on Spine Chill off-guard since they’re used to killers just looking straight ahead to where they’re headed.

Crouch in front of her and point. Booping the snoot might save your life.

Aside from using Spine Chill, listen for her breathing when she is crouched. That has saved me many times from being caught by surprise.
