What is a forum avatar make iconic to a user?

TheGannMan changed his avatar alot he lost the avatar signature to me. Same to Phasmamain with Jane.
I may miss many, but these are what I can remember, for now.
If any of them change their avatar, I might not able to recognize them. Or if someone else use these avatar, I might mistake its them.

I would switch if there were a Mr. puddles or Susie.

Everytime I see Clowning I feel as if for a second Clownisking is back.

The number one key for me is daily forum active with the same avatar.
Second to not many other also use the same avar.
I still didnt check if the old Small game avar is still available on option.
But because I hate Ruin with passion when I was a truly main survivor. Small game was a permanent in loadout.
