The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

300 Solo Match results.
So I was curious what my escape rate was so starting tracking it since October.
Escape rate. 55.6666666667%
Death Rate. 44.3333333333%
My survival rate is ever so slowly dropping 😢😢😢 The first half of 200-300 saw it plummet down. The 2nd half went extremely well.
Most popular killer and kill rates.
Blight 34 (times appeared) 19 escapes 15 deaths.
Nemesis 26 13 escapes 13 deaths
Nurse 26 12 escapes 14 deaths
Huntress 23 13 escapes 10 deaths
Wraith 19 12 escapes 7 deaths
Leatherface 17 12 escapes 5 deaths
Myers 16 4 escapes 12 deaths
Trickster 13 7 escapes 6 deaths
Pinhead 11 8 escapes 3 deaths
Spirit 11 3 escapes 8 deaths
Hillbilly 11 9 escapes 2 deaths
Artist 11 6 escapes 5 deaths
Legion 9 6 escapes 3 deaths
Plague 9 6 escapes 3 deaths
Trapper 8 5 escapes 3 deaths
Oni 8 4 escapes 4 deaths
Doctor 8 6 escapes 2 deaths
Pig 8 4 escapes 4 deaths
Hag 7 2 escapes 5 deaths
Deathslinger 6 5 escapes 1 death
Freddy 4 3 escapes 1 death
Demo 4 2 escapes 2 deaths
Twins 4 3 escapes 1 death
Ghostface 4. 2 escapes 2 deaths.
Pyramid Head 2 Died both times
Clown 1....Jesus Clown one time in 300 matches and I survived
NOTES
I expect I made some mistakes in some places meaning there would be some off by maybe 1 number. I somehow have Myers appearing in match 247 despite the death not impacting the overall tally. Either way.
Myers. Saw a massive drop in popularity. Was one of the most popular and he only appeared 1 time in 100 matches.
Blight and Nemesis retain their lead as the most popular killer. Nurse is slowly creeping up though and tied for 2nd.
Spirit. Very odd to me. I did have a bunch of terrible matches against her early on. I wouldn't ever guess my performance is so bad against her. She is fairly easy to run now.
Hillbilly. Was very surprised to see how often I escape against him considering how insanely good some of them are.
Doctor only showed up twice and both resulted in death. I was annoyed with this because I wanted a 8-0 streak on him and thats exactly what should've happened. Both matches contained morons DCing when we were winning. One match in particular we managed to get all 5 gens done with only 3 people. I was downed at the exit gate switch where ONE second longer I would've been able to get out.
Leatherface. IDK why so many ppl just despise him. If you make him work for the saw he usually just comes apart.
This all just lets me know something though. If I actually wanted to be in an organized SWF team I see absolutely no reason my escape rate shouldnt be decently above 70% Remember this is ALL solo matches.....

Which perks did you use? Which server? Console or PC? Crossplay Off or On?
1 -
Xbox One X (not series X) Crossplay On.
No idea what server. Should be the one in North America Virginia or whatever but I seem to play a lot of people in South America so I think I end up on that server a lot which is BS. I am far north America.
Perks varied. I tend to use Prove Thyself as I hate how so often people don't seem to want to do gens so I bring it to encourage it. Built To Last, Boon Healing, WGLF, Overcome, Alert, OTR, Lithe, Blast Mine. A few others I can't think of right now.

Man, this is so cool :)
Now I wanna right click on my desktop and make my own killer list :)

yeah I just opemed a file and would type the result
Nurse, Dead
Blight, Survived
Then tally it up later.
Last 42 matches have gone way crazy in my favor. 13 deaths 29 escapes.

Sounds like you've had a pretty balanced game overall! That was some good data gathering, and interesting to see how it affects your experience of SoloQ in terms of survival rates.
Thank you for sharing!

How do your team-mates do? I pretty much lose all my survivor matches but usually the killer 4Ks or I get 1-hooked at the end.

This is really interesting thanks for posting it. Also 4 twins yet only 2 ph and 1 clown!
0 -
Interesting. I'm going to do one as well might only go for 50 or 100 games though since I believe that Solo Q is just as capable as most SWF anyway.

Up vote for you, my dude. This is what we need more of, hard data.

Seeing Deathslinger so unpopular like that hurts, man...
Really interesting stats btw, thanks for sharing. I have a similar experience to you as well on solo/duo SWF.

16 Mikeys and 12 of them killed you. That's my boy.
I'm rather surprised that in 300 games you only got one Clown. He must be super unpopular in your neck of the woods.

55% sounds like a perfectly good spot for an average solo survivor escape rate over a large number of matches. This is at least some indication that despite gripes the matchmaking is doing something reasonable to make your matches moderately close, or at least that you swivel between winning and losing with relatively equal frequency,
Also just for reference the devs indicated a while back that being in a swf increases escape rates by roughly 3% per person beyond yourself (i.e. 2-person is about 3% boost, 3-person 6%, 4-person around 10% if I remember the numbers right). So if that holds you’d probably be around 58-65% escape rate depending on the swf size.

I'm not convinced those stats can be taken at face value. I know when I am in a two-person SWF I am so much more efficient with even basic knowlesge of what else is going on in the game.
If those stats are real then it basically says SWF only gives you a small advantage, wheras the generally consensus is that SWF OP plz nerf.

Damn where my clown mains at :(

26 Nemesis!? Really?
0 -
To clarify, it says a 2-person swf is small value. A 10% increased survival rate for 4-person swfs isn’t that small
P.S. And let’s face it, there are definitely a lot of people who complain about swfs who assume they go against 4-person swfs all the time when in reality they’re kind of rare.

Nice stats, thanks

Yeah, I regretted not starting off with also tracking the overall result. I will say though from memory the more I escaped the better chances my team had to escape as well. Me escaping alone is the rarest outcome of the match. If I escape there is usually all 4 with me or 3 others. If I had to guess in range of popular to least
4 and 3 out including me tied for probability. I even think 4 out might be more popular than 3. High MMR is pretty painful on killers....
2 out including me
all dead
just me getting out.

I was very surprised that PH is so rare. I have since tracked past 300 and the funny thing is PH randomly showed up 3 times in a row after only appearing those 2 times in 300+ matches.
Clown being super rare is weird too, especially with Christmas approaching, I was expecting to see Santa clowns start popping up.

Myers was the most interesting stat. I would've never guessed that. I suppose it feels balanced when I die to him?
Then of course he became rare as hell as in showing up once in like 150 matches now that I know he does so well against me. Was eager to see if that trend continued or if I come back at him.
At one point Nemesis had me down to 0 escapes 7 deaths. Then I came back on his ass with 8 escapes in a row.[

I'm actually making one of these myself, from a killer perspective. At 426 matches thus far, will post the results once I hit 500.

Clown just...sucks. His kit is overcomplicated for minimal gains and he's insanely predictable.
PH can be decent, but he's really stale. What keeps me playing a killer generally is being able to run entirely different playstyles via addons, but PH's are bland as all get-out.
Nemesis is ultra popular likely because of the iconic nature of the character and him being a very decent anti-looper on a lot of maps. If his addons were more interesting I'd probably play him more myself. However, if I want to play a mid ranger, PH is more consistent and if I want a defensive killer, Hag exists. He has a weird lack of a 'niche'.

I agree about clown. I find his other bottles way too hard to implement in a meaningful way and it also feels like there is barely ever a time where the speed bottle will do what the other couldn't. You should just get the damn speed boost instantly and the survivor not get it. See if hes OP if hes not then okay moving on.
I was originally tracking killers too but I kept finding reasons to not count the matches. Either people would DC or I would not be able to resist throwing the match in favor of more points.
Yeah Nemesis can pretty much ignore pallets and vaults if he is good with his tentacle. I actually hate going against him for that reason. Plus hes from RE so it makes sense he is so popular

Here is another thing I didn't mention in the notes that I mean't to.
I am either crazy or the games MMR functions BACKWARDS to an extent. When I am on a big win streak the killers I play seem to get worse and worse. When I LOSE a ton I start facing the super oppressive streamer type players with meta builds etc etc.
I am on a crazy run 10 escapes in a row 27 escapes and 3 deaths my last 30. The game just gave me a Pig SO NEW this guy tried to mind game at a friggin DOWNED god pallet. Like really....

I started my own little statistics suevey today. So far I got 7 games in and I also take notes how many DH, BT etc I encounter
0 -
The problem is for me it gets complicated to count it all later on. I wish I knew of a better way to do it. Then I would be tracking EVERYTHING. Perks used etc etc.
At 300 it gets kind of tricky to count it.
Although by far the most popular killer perk in my experience is Corrupt Intervention. 70% or more of matches contain that perk.
