Have they nerfed Circle of healing yet?
No?
Oh well.
Back to bloons td battles.
Can't believe that the one thing that makes me take a 2 month break from the game is a single perk.
Is it at least acknowledged how strong and game breaking this perk is?
Anyway monke go brrrr in the meantime.

Haven't you heard? Boons are not game changing. 🤡
12 -
Strong yes, game breaking no. I can still get 4ks with boons out...
Soooooo...
5 -
Most likely next midchapter if they keep reviewing their dlc the second midchapter after release.
So januari or bust
3 -
They will probably never get changed in which case if they aren't at least nerfed in any way I will probably just quit this game out of spite.
3 -
Are you kidding?
Strong Killers/Perks = Nerfed as they leave PTB.
Strong Survivor Perks = Nerf...sometime in the next 3 years, maybe, once Survivors are bored of using it to win all the time. But only if they say so! And only if we have something equally as strong to replace it with, so Survivors are not unhappy!
Edit: Typo
7 -
People shouldnt be asking for a CoH nerf
They should be asking for a healing nerf in general, healing has always been extremely strong
2 -
I mean, you could have checked Patchnotes.
2 -
I'm playing civ 6 tell they fix them.
I'm really playing it I'm not memen it

Mettle of man was nerfed in 3 months and almost all survivor perks we got sucked so your argument is such bullshit also Deadlock, No way out, starstruck, lethal pursuer, eruption are all great perks and they were not nerfed from PTB
8 -
I just want Elden Ring to come out so I can uninstall this mess already.
3 -
It'll probably happen in the midpatch. All the Fog Whisperers seem to agree that CoH needs a hefty nerf and that boons as a whole need a tweak.
Also: don't bother with Bloons. Grab Gemcraft - it's the finest TD game ever made, especially the last two. Blindingly perfect.
Huh?
Deadlock isn't that powerful, and can massively backfire on the killer.
Starstruck is a gimmick that has actual counterplay. There is no realistic counterplay to CoH on certain killers/maps.
NWO isn't even close to OP. I'd hesitate to even call it that strong, as - again - there is counterplay.
LP is only strong as a gimmick build for Cenobite. Otherwise it's really mediocre.
Eruption...what? Eruption sucks.
Pain Resonance is the first unambiguously great killer perk to be added and remain untouched in ages.
Penti can be hard-countered by booners.

Bad survivors make anything possible.
8 -
actually they nerfed the radius of boon totems, it used to be bigger.
3 -
You could get 4k's against old MoM and old BNP's and such too. Doesn't mean it's ok.
5 -
Your not wrong
2 -
There’s one perk that can defeat it ;)
0 -
They were already hard nerfed before they even went live.
0 -
So that they couldn’t heal faster than the killer could hit you.
Genuinely game-breaking to meta-changing isn’t much of a nerf
2 -
No, we're still in the damage control/coping phase.

Not yet. they probably want more people to buy the DLC first before they start making any changes to get their moneys worth. I wouldn't expect anything for 6 ish months from any chapter before the perks get any significant changes. perks take forever to get rebalanced.
I hope that when they do get around to it, that they don't nuke Shadowstep and Exceptional. because those two boons are actually relatively fine additions.

Quick fun fact: Boons have a radius of 24 meters. That sounds pretty small, right? Well, that's the radius. If you consider the area of the circle that accounts for, it's 1,809 m^2.
Most maps vary from 8,000 to 11,000 m^2, in which a single boon covers approximately 20% of the map! If you have two boons up, nearly half the map is affected. And that's not even considering the small maps. Midwich is only 4,096 m^2, so a single boon covers 44% of the first floor of the map!
They seem weaker weaker on bigger maps, but even on Mother's Dwelling (12032 m^2), a single boon covers 15% of the map. To give you an idea of how much that covers, if you were on the far end of the map, it would take 21 seconds to run into the boon's radius. That 21 seconds is more than compensated by the 100% heal speed buff + self healing option. If you were using Self-Care, you'd spend 32 seconds anywhere on the map. If you are using a boon, you would have to run for a maximum of 21 seconds and a further 16 seconds, for 37 seconds total. And that's assuming you were the furthest possible distance on the largest map.
But that's not all! Boons also go up and down to multiple levels! If you put a boon up on The Game, you're getting the bonus on both levels, for over 60% map coverage!
So remember: The next time you hear "but boons have a limited range," they cover a LOT more than that 24 m radius first suggests.
(They should PROBABLY be, like 8m and not go through floors and ceilings)

I could escape against Undying. I could escape against Freddy, I could escape against Deathslinger, I could escape against Wraith etc.
Soooooooo....
1 -
As could I. Those are all actual killers and not a boon...cute strawman though!
0 -
Undying is an interesting killer. I really want to play it.
Pop is also really good killer that got nerfed...
Well, my strawman might be cute, but it's not as funny as your argument from start!
Argument: I can win against it! Is just really bad.

The radius for boons makes sense for Shadowstep and Jonah's new perk. COH just buffs healing too much imo. Reduce it to fifty percent or (going nuclear:) remove the self care option (unless a survivor brings self care).
1 -
CoH gets all the flak because it's so wildly unfair in every sense, but Shadow Step is actually just about as abusive when 2+ players take it. Imagine covering half of the map with "no scratch marks" zones. If you can break line of sight, you can just about escape every chase, every time.
CoH is certainly the big problem, but ALL boons need their radiuses dropped by a ton (or just limit it to 1 boon totem up on a map at any given time)

######### are you talking about? This is about circle of healing. Your not winning anything mary. This isnt an argument lmao. *eyeroll*

I stopped playing until they get a nerf

NWO is widely considered one of the best slowdown perks at the moment consistently buying the killer a full minute in the most crucial time of the match
1 -
NWO is the ultimate 'win more' perk. If you are crushing, it'll basically give you the game. If you're struggling, it seldom feels like it does much.
It's not a bad perk by any means, but it feels like something that people run because they see big streamers run it a lot (like CI and Deadlock). Streamers like these because they are generally very, very experienced and these perks allow them to snowball harder. I almost never use these because I prefer consistency over potential power.
