Apart from useless report system, DBD support is problem

First of all, I understand that maybe they doesn't have enough people to do the work and they are definitely doesn't have any tools to do their work more efficiently, but, as a player, this should not be my problem

So why BHVR support is so bad?

1. Every single time you will create ticket, they will respond you with "Hey, we have a lot of tickets recently, your might take some time but don't worry, we are not forget about you!" And I could beelieve in this thing, but they sending this email every single time, any season any year, I've created a lot of tickets in 2020,19 and somehow they was overloaded every time, so this is just automatic responce
2. This email is a lie, probably will forget about you, once I had a ticket that was open for about a month, my guess was that they just forgot about me, and I was right, 3 days after I responded with "Still waiting" ticket was completed, and I refuse to beelieve that they just needed that extra 3 days to complete it, same happened with my 3 recent tickets, after 14 days passed, I once again replied with "Still waiting" and guess what, ticket was completed 3 days later.
3. Creating ticket is dumb, you need your game id, your steamid64, steamid64 of player you are reporting or id of that player, notice that cheaters can change their game ids, and you HAVE to report cheater in game, otherwise, they cant do anything because you didn't report them in game, not to mention you should have video with cheater cheating, and on this video you should open cheater's steam profile (not sure if this one still exist). Not to mention, right now for some reason you can't open steam profiles through pause menu, I hope that this is just a bug, because cheater can just take the game hostage to never and it, so you can't even report them without leaving the match.

TL;DR: BHVR should do something to improve support work, currently it's very, very underperforming
