Off the record kinda sucks
So I was in a match and saw someone bring off the record and I decided to see what it does since I didn't use it in a while and I find it kind sucks it's basically Iron will but temporary and hides your aura from the killer but thing is that aura thing is also in only a few situations would have to see if the killer brought add-ons or perks that show your aura.

It sucks. Like 80 survivor perks.

Use Shadow Step instead!

It's can be useful if the game is intense. When Survivors are getting down fast, Undying and BBQ is working well for the killer etc.
I will use it instead of Distortion if i came up with a good build idea.

Aura reading is not that problematic after unhooks. Undying is always the first totem to go down and generally doesn't survive early game. Bbq can be played around without much trouble if the survivor desires to stay hidden.
The issue is that OTR is objectively a worse IW. If it granted broader stealth effects for the limited period of time it's active, I could see it being worth the slot. But as it is, IW wins every time.

It needs to hide blood trails and maybe even grant a delay to the UI notifying the killer that they've been unhooked.
It is called Off the Record after all.

I use it with a second wind build since I thought it was fitting. 99% of situations iron will would be better with the 1% being that I could slip by things like scratched mirror myers and all seeing blood wraith.
I think as long as iron will is unconditional 100% reduced noise when injured it's going to make perks like off the record impossible to see any major use.

It used to be fun to use with old Object of Obsession. You could get almost 3 mins of free aura reading on the killer. Now it's overshadowed by perks like Iron Will, Lucky Break, Shadowstep, etc.
