So long as we fix the grind first because I am absolutely ######### not resetting all of the characters I've already got to P3 50 all perks just to do that insane grind all over again.

Yeah I figured this would be the case of many people who play the game a lot. It's just kind of an idea where if you want to prestige you can but don't have to. I'm sure there is a way they can also change it and make it better for like what you said and you don't lose EVERYTHING. Maybe just perks or something?

If they added a new p4 rank now it would really ruin the fact that a lot of us have fully bought every perk. You hands down should always p3 every char as its not that hard to do especially for killers that have worthwhile UR addons. Them adding a 4th lvl would complicate things imo i think its fine as is right now. What i want right now is better prestige outfits rather than it just being bloody like they did with nemesis fist and the veigns id be down for more model switches that cant be bought just earned like that

So... like the current Prestige system?

It's much too late to add any more Prestige levels, because that's going to make hundreds of people feel like all their BP dumped into Prestige 3 characters was wasted.

Getting new cosmetics through the Store, Rift and Events is enough.

EDIT: Even adding more rewards to the current three Prestige levels would be iffy, because that means players who didn't prestige to begin with because they thought it wasn't worth it at the time would be out of luck. I have a friend who kept his main survivor at default level 50 because he thought it wasn't worth prestiging, and he has since dumped several million bloodpoints into the survivor, meaning hundreds of good items, offerings and dozens of limited time event gear.

I P3'ed a few killers when I first got going, but soon realized that the pitiful rewards are not nearly worth the time it I had already put in to get perks/items.

Until the prestige rewards are heavily buffed, I am just going to ignore the option to do so.

I think having a bunch of prestige levels wouldn't be as beneficial as heavier rewards for the existing three levels (better outfits, weapons, or maybe a healthy dose of iridescent shards or auric cells).

I haven't been playing DBD for nearly as long as many, but to me it really seems like BHVR has lost the plot when it comes to the economy of the game, generally speaking. With the grind being as crazy as it is with the growing roster, the rewards are going to need to be significantly increased to be anything more that amusing. Even the BP gifts are kind of a joke. I'll take them, but anything less than a million is kind of a tiny drop in a large bucket.

Yeah I got Kate Nancy and Jill to p3 so that I could keep the event items and get all the perks. Still missing a couple tho lmao. And as for another prestige level, no thanks
