The Most Uncool Thing Just Happened (A Rant)
So, there I was, fixing a generator, when a Nea comes up and totally sandbags me. Like stands right beside me trying to get the killer to notice me. Well the killer doesn't bite and I take off. A short time later this Nea is trying to repair my generator and Spirit puts her in the dying state before phasing off to chase somebody else. Well, I hopped the window, ignored her body, and worked on the generator. This was when all hell broke loose.
You see, that Nea had a twin. And they continued to bully me that entire match. I tried to make nice by rescuing one of them from a hook, but it didn't help. Eventually I was hooked. Once hooked, they kept grabbing me and letting go, so that I would continously scream. Spirit downed one of them then ran off. Dwight came over and healed them and left me on the hook, where they continued grabbing and letting go, until I died.
Afterwords, I see that they're both iri 1, whereas I was on my friends account who is ash 4. I had one perk equipped, and was level 1 with my character.
I wanted to laugh about this. That I got them that bothered that they focused their entire game on me. Then I wanted to forget about it and played a couple games of killer. But you know what? My stomach still hurts. So I'm talking about it.

That’s reportable. With evidence, you can report that to Dead by Daylight support.

Well, #########. I wish I would have known that because I totally would have. It was like, *really* uncool.

What does "I got them that bothered that they focused their entire game on me"? The way you put it, it sounds like you did something to make them or at least one of them angry. What did you do?

You act as if anything will happen from that lol

O…k…?

Sometimes survivors will just do it because they can

My point is what's the point in wasting time doing and using something that does nothing

Well I doubt they just throw money at the support teams but ok

Considering the amount of threads with people saying they submitted tickets months and even years ago with no response I'm pretty sure they do or that it doesn't exist

Years ? Could you link a thread where someone waited years? I haven’t seen any.

For doing thr generator instead of helping her.

Not exactly what you were talking about but will this suffice I didn't feel like scrolling that far back

That's exactly why I asked. I guess everyone experienced it, even without an obvious reason. But if someone says "I got them bothered" it makes me think they know they did something that provoked them. Some people lack the ability to see their mistakes, like someone I played with. He sandbagged someone multiple times because he thought they brought him the killer. He runs bond every match and therefore assumes that everyone knows where the other survivors are. He also tends to do save gens in the corner of the map. That person had no perk or item to find survivors and did the right thing: leave the area in the middle with the 3 gen where others were working on a gen to solve the 3 gen problem. He was and is too stubborn to admit that he made a mistake and that it was his fault the other two (a team as well) left him to die on his next hook. There are a lot of people like that and they obviously wouldn't say "I got them bothered" even if they did something that would explain the behaviour. So I guess we aren't told the whole story and I like to have the full picture in order to give advice or a statement. Cause that guy I played with would probably have some incorrect storys painting a picture of sandbagging or bad teammates, when he brought it all to himself.

I ran into some weird wannabe bully squad that wouldn't rescue the solo player. I thought those freaks just had an anti killer kink, didn't realize it extended to their own.

As I stated in my OP she deliberately sandbags me, standing there trying to get the killer to notice me. I, in return, did not help her when she was hurt. This is why I said I got them bothered.

Helping her with what? Doing a gen is helping the whole team unsually. It depends on the whole situation.
Like if 1 person is hooked across the map, one slugged and the other getting chased you should go for the save. If the person coming to your gen is dead on hook you should stop repairing and heal them. If you all have a 3 gen and everyone is dead on hook but you haven't been hooked you should be the one trying to break the 3 gen and take the chases. There are multiple factors that influence what behaviour is the best in the given moment.
And if they' were red "rank" and probably higher mmr they probably assumed everyone else would be same skill level too.
I sometimes get frustrated with clueless teammates if I expect them not to be clueless, despite the fact that I know mmr doesn't work as it should. I am not saying their behaviour was ok though! Just that there might be explanations and therefore things that you can do to prevent you from getting sandbagged or treated badly by teammates by just learning.
I always try to find out if I made a mistake when someone is sandbagging me. I try find out if they had a reason for their behaviour because of my decisions and the way I played. And I assume that others do the same (probably not the case in most people). If I get sandbagged by someone from the same platform I usually ask why they were doing it in order to understand and sometimes we have a good discussion.

If that is the whole story then you got unlucky having some of the troll people as your fellow survivors. That happens and if you feel it deserves a lot of time from you, you should save a video and report the case. I've reported some people that I met all the time that were teaming with the killer or sandbagging or whatever and as I haven't seen them around I assume reporting them does something.

It sucks when you get teammates like that, but it probably pissed them off even more when you didn't help them. I'll usually help teammates like that, and they usually start playing nice. You could've reported them.

I dont know what I could have done wrong to get her to sandbag me; the match had just started and I was on my first gen. I'm not even sure our paths had crossed at this point. Nobody had been hooked yet, and far as I know, that was the first chase of the game.
I probably should have swallowed my pride and helped them, even if they did continue to lead the killer to me. (Not saying they would have, but they seemed perfectly okay with throwing me under the bus to save themselves). The rest of the match they followed me around, trapped me, and pointed me out to the killer whenever they could. Not to mention the whole hook incident.
