atleast in the billions.. since it's like between 50-60m to drop on One singular character and maybe lucky rng that you get alot more common than any other...

Way too many.
Honestly, prestiging is not such a big deal, you can do it in a day the thing is the more characters you have the more perks you have to unlock. If I remember correctly it was around 1.5 million BPs to go from lvl 1 to lvl 50 fast, so I guess it's around 6 million to get to P3 and then if you start to buy more useful stuff it gets more expensive. That's a lot. Are you a completionist?

For P3 all perks all characters..... at least in the billions and thousands of hours.

I actually did this math a while back. 29 survivors+26 killers, around 8 million BP to unlock all perks on one killer/survivor one time if you're being as efficient as possible. So 8 million times 55 is around 440,000,000 bp to unlock all perks on all killers and survivors 1 time. Billions if you're prestiging. Also I've been playing for about 600 hours, and I've only gotten 40,600,000 BP. And most of that is on killer getting double BP through bbq and offerings. Even if you're getting 100,000 BP per match through bbq+pudding+double BP weekends with near perfect matches, it'd take 4400 matches to unlock everything on everyone, one time.

There are lots of people out there with all p3 50 all perk characters, and the person with the most amount of bloodpoints accumulated according to https://dbd.onteh.net.au is 1.7B.
I myself have about a quarter of the Survivors with all perks P3 50 and all my killers P3 50 with all perks and have accumulated 533M BP.
So yeah you aren't far off

Around 385,000,000. It takes about 7 million BP to prestige 3 a character and there's 55 characters in total.

Iirc someone did this exact same calculation 1 or 2 years ago for all characters P3 + all perks and it ranged around 1.5 BILLION BP.
Now extrapolate that with 2 years worth of new characters and all their perks on all OLD characters and you can probably double or triple that amount.

Yeah, but you're not going to spend eight million on every killer three times in a row if you're prestiging. It takes between 1-2 mil to get a character to level fifty, so you'll do that twice and then spend the eight million or whatever on P3. So assuming your other math is correct, this would still put the total somewhere under a billion.

I'm at 5k hours and I still dont have everyone p3 with all perks so.......

I noticed that it takes around 10mln blood points on average to get a character from 0 to p3-50 full perks, assuming you don't waste blood points on previous prestiges. It usually takes around 1.3mln bps or so to get 0-50, do that 4 times + getting all the perks ~10mln
So, 29 survivors = 290mln blood points
26 killers = 260mln blood points
Total of 550mln cumulated blood points
Obviously this is a very rough estimate and based in my personal experience where I try to optimally do bloodwebs where I waste the least amount of points.
Usually after level 50 a full bloodweb costs around 50k bps per level unless very lucky with branches

I have calculated it few chaptures back. For everyone all perks prestige 3 survivors and killers it was 594 150 000 BP. It's more now, but I am too lazy to count it again...

Alright, I have found my comment, so I don't have to start from 0.
There is 90 killer perks, so that's 270 tiers. Till you reach rank 50 you can get 59 tiers, which costs around 1 600 000 BP, after it you have cost around 50k for 2 tiers, so right now, if you have all perks to get everything without prestige costs around 6 875 000 BP.
and we have 26 killers, so you need 178 750 000 BP to max out all killers without prestige.
If you want to max all killers everything with prestige too, then you will need 303 550 000 BP.
Survivors have 101 perks, so that is 7 700 000 per survivor without prestige.
If you want to max all survivors everything with prestige too, then you will need 362 500 000 BP.
You would need 666 050 000 BP to get every perk on every prestige 3 character.
