No beta tab.
I was really hoping it would be there so I loaded in and nothing I'm sad now.

It's only on the ptb right now. It comes to the live version in the mid-chapter patch.

But that's so dumb right now is the perfect time to implement it and I was hoping they would but unfortunately not. It's not a huge deal I'm just really disappointed.

I misinterpreted it as well I thought today they were implementing the beta tab for everyone

I know I guess I was hoping to be able to check out the wiggle like comp can oh well I'll check it out when it goes live.

I think it needs a patch to be implemented into the game. From what I'm seeing the wiggle and toggle will still be in beta tab when we get it on live version - it won't actually be feature until sometime after beta.

Yes this is currently a PTB feature being tested...if it makes it through the PTB it will go Live when the mid chapter releases on all platforms. (referring to the Beta Tab)

The toggle is actually not a beta feature but a usual new PTB feature

So, those extra BP for participating in the beta are only on the PTB. And I guess, they won't get transferred to the live servers..?

There seems to be quite a bit of confusion around the Beta Tab, so I'll see if I can make it clearer.
Right now the Beta Tab is being tested on the PTB - yes any BP earned there, stays on the PTB and doesn't transfer to Live
Once the Mid Chapter goes Live (and providing that there's no issues found with the Beta Tab), then the Beta Tab will also go to the Live Build as part of the Mid Chapter Patch.
What needs to be tested under the Beta Tab (it will be client sided things so not perk changes etc), will not need a PTB - which is why it's available on all platforms.
Hopefully that makes it a bit clearer.
