Blight and Billy

So there's a lot of talk about blight needing to be nerfed. Specifically a few of his add-ons, namely alch ring, crow, and c33.

A lot of people say that base kit blight is perfect, and incredibly well designed, which I very much agree with. I love playing him without add-ons, and honestly can't stand using the speed ones as I feel like it messes with my perception a lot.

One thing I'm incredibly afraid for is blight to get the billy treatment. Where his base kit is fine, and the add-ons need changes, but when he's looked at and adjusted his base kit will be affected much more than needed, and add-ons made to be near useless.

What do y'all think should be changed exactly and how? Do you agree that base blight is perfect? Is it just his add-ons that are problematic? How do you think he will be affected when the inevitable change happens?
