Why is twin getting nerf?
My question is simple its why twin get nerf? I know shes a strong killer but what is the reason beind those addon nerf is it because twin player only use those addon but if that the problem maybe its because the other addon she got are not good enough.
So the problem is not those addon but the rest of her kit not being helpful in a regular match.
I really need some explaination for those nerf.

The nerfs to their addons are so minimal I doubt it will make a difference.

No, but considering the addon is a brown addon and is one of the few good addon in the killer with less pickrate is the only reason coming to my mind.
The nerf is not a big nerf, though.

The nerf are huge toy sword is getting a 20% nerf and the movement speed addon got a 33% nerf.
Just for fun lets nerf BT by 33% amd lets nerf DS stun duration by 20% just to see the reaction.
I say that to make you realise how big those nerf are. You may say those nerf a minimal but it look like that because the number are low but in reality the nerf are huge

Well considering Marvin's blood and Mikhail's eye was Nerfed which was the go to add on for most Nemesis players on a budget I won't be surprised if that's how they pick their targets for Nerfs lol.

My feeling is it is their nudge to get players to use other addons on Twins. They actually have some really solid, un-tried addons.
I do like speed addons mixed with Toy Sword. But try:
- Sewer Sludge & Weighty Rattle
- Silencing Cloth & Bloody Black Hood
- Drop of Perfume & Madeleine's Gloves
I am surprised they targeted Stale Biscuit with this addon touch up, but that one is great with the speed addons as well. Also also glad they are upgrading Baby Teeth. It would be nicer if it made a survivor with a backpack blind while holding Victor on top of thirty seconds after, but Baby Teeth was by far the worse addon before.
