Does 'Deep Wound' Need A Clearer Visual?
No idea what's going on.
I decided to play a bunch of Cenobite today, using his 'Original Pain' addon. It gives you a deep wound if you are injured and break a chain.
I swear, at least 5 different survivors in 5 different games ran away, started doing stuff - and went down. Got yelled at in postgame for hacking.
Is it just that nobody plays Cenobite post-nerf, and people just never see him? Or is there a visual issue that stops people from realizing that they have a deep wound?

Sometimes because legion isn't popular people still die to it for whatever reason
I've had people go down after I hit them when they have bt
And I've had people go down after a deathslinger shot
Doesn't happen often but I'd be lying if I said it didn't happen maybe 1 out of 50 games or so

Sounds like the survivors were idiots if they accused you of hacking because they forgot to mend. 🤷♂️ Deep Wounds both makes their screen blood spattered and puts an orange timer under their name in the lower left as a timer that only they can see telling them how long they have to heal. (Examples of what it looks like are in the video below)

...Huh. It's hard not to notice Deep Wound. Your screen is greyed out, and blood drips down as a motion visual as it progresses to remind you that something's wrong even if you got used to the desaturated screen during a long chase.
People won't expect Deep Wound on Pinhead, sure, and that may take people off guard in a way it wouldn't with Legion or Deathslinger. But it's plenty noticeable. If you go down to Deep Wound, you either forgot it was active (I typically see this happen during flashlight plays or gates), or you didn't know what Deep Wound meant.
