Hackers are out of control
I just had a game on RPD against a cross-platform SWF, they were playing extremely coordinated when I finally managed to down 2 of them during endgame. When I tried to hook one of them I suddenly got robbed of my ability to move, attack or hook anyone. It was like someone disabled my controls; the rest of their team still was able to move without any issue however. Of course they had no problem with setting up a flashlight save under these circumstances. This is the nastiest hack I've seen so far, instead of boosting the survivors it completely shuts down the killer's ability to act.
Wanna know what's the worst about this? BHVR won't ban any one of them because even video footage wouldn't suffice in determining which one of them performed the hack. This is absolutely appalling.

I'd rather this than getting Ddosed while carrying the last survivor to the hook which has happened to me at least 6 times.

So they haven't fixed that DDoS issue from November? That's two months now and it's still a problem.

Bhvr is kinda shite with that problem but you need to consider yourself luck the hacker did not keep you hostage during the EGC.
What i do is i laugh and tell myself wow this is classic bhvr BS nothing i can do and i go next

Don't k ow why people still complain to BHVR about this hacker issue. Been half a year and nothing has been done. Clearly BHVR doesn't care

Couldn't have said it better, the best way to play this game nowadays is with low expectations each game sadly

I had that happen to me but I genuinely don't know if it's hack or not since I was able to come back and 4K regardless and didn't happen again.

The only way to help stop the hacker problem is to stop spending money on dbd until its fixed no point in buying new characters if hackers can so easily ruin a match. I just wish they would figure it out but its clearly something they couldnt fix easily otherwise it wouldve been hotfixed in a week or so.

A common hack some don't notice is people (surv or killer) running a little bit above normal speed. If you don't pay attention you wouldn't know but during chases it makes a huge difference... :(

once i had a hacker, and that was awful, in game we were playing against Deathslinger with 7 hex totems, team were dead to Devour Hope but when i was in endgame lobby i seen Trapper and complete dif perks xD jezz

The hackers scoff and laugh at BHVR. They even openly cheat on stream with their Epic account

I still wonder how I am to submit a recorded video of a hacker. I normally do not record my games because my PC can not handle it also I have no need to share my games with anybody. So I have no ability to submit a full report on a hacker....

It's stupid at this point. I'm DCing against every explicit hacker I'm facing now (most of them hold the game hostage at the end to force a DC anyway, no point wasting my time). I don't DC for any other reason and my timeout is like half an hour already.
