What is wrong with anti exhaustion perks or addons?
BHVR kept nerfed and took them out one by one on every Killer. But I wonder why?
Its not like it was busted or something, arguably Clown's exhaustion addon was strong but on Doctor?
I kinda miss them tbh :/

well it will only be good for fast mobile Killers, no matter how much they will buff it xD

Pretty sure its because it takes away the survivors ability to use their perk and that would be unfun/fair.
Remember even though it's a 4v1, the 4 still has to counter the 1. Its backwards tbh but iron will counters stridor, botany counters sloppy etc. Etc.

I think the best answere has already been given: Because they ruin the fun for survivors. Overall it is not a good design to block somebodies actions. Think about "silenced" status in League of Legends: Nobody liked it when it was spammed or lasted to long. While such effects are fine if they are very limited, say by a ultimate ability that can be fired once per game they become a problem pretty quickly.
Most exhaustion add-ons have to inflict that effect for at least something over ten seconds which can feel huge. Also because it is done in chase this can feel quit oppressive and unfun. Mind Breaker is different because survivors know about this and can play around it, yes it limits them in some way, but they have control over it.
As such to "rework" Exhaustion add-ons their effect would have to be greatly reduced to about 2-3 seconds (for M1 style Killers). This however could make them quit bad.

ye true some newer Killers got some but they are increadable nishe in their use compared to the old ones.

My problem was only only certain killers had them. Either give all killers exhaustion add ons or none
