New animations
Can survivors get some more unique stuff? I want some unique animations for every survivor. No not the lobby animations. I want in game animations as well. Like I want characters like Leon to walk more by his side like he does in the games and then Dwight can be the one that is always putting his head down and looking around every now and then. And also not just that but even more unique animations when you're in the terror radius. Maybe some characters just shake a lot. Maybe some sweat graphics? Something fun like that.

And while we are at it, make the different characters more then just like skins, once their teachables are unlocked.
Either make everyones first perk slot be automatically using one of their original perks (just throwing around ideas, and I know that this is pretty harsh) or give everyone a passive that either strengthens their core perk or is in line with their lore and character, thereby maybe even encourage to break out of the 6 perks meta.

It would be abit more unique if the smaller survivors have louder grunt.
Which is, Ash & Jeff would be likely to have ironwill build in, but hard to stealth because of large body. Suit for taking Killer head on.
While smaller survivor like Feng, Nea would be the loudest.

The problem with that is that it would introduce a survivor meta which would be fine if that happened during the early stages of the game but right now where how many survivors deep that is not a good idea.
Let me give you an example say you've been a Quentin main since his release he's prestige 3 level 50 with all the perks every other character you have just leveled up and have to get their teachables and that's about it.
Now the change you suggested happens and Quentin is given a passive that is either really bad or possibly even detrimental to your playstyle well now you're put in a position where you kind of have to play a new character and get a new main that fits your playstyle more if you want to play efficiently.
However you've only levels of the other survivors in just enough to get there teachables for Quentin and that's about it but it turns out Jane's passive fits your playstyle old better well congratulations now you have to spend all the time leveling up and chain to get all the perks on her so you could effectively playing Jane the same way you did Quentin.
Now it's not news to anyone who's played this game but the Grind innit to get all teachables on a character is excessive especially if you want to prestige 3 that character as well dropping that on someone is not a good idea

No, just new animations for survivors in general. Look up Ghost In hell, has some videos that have some awesome looking survivor and killer animations that feel more real and I wish they were in the game.

Well when they first did introduce the current movement the survivors used to have a pivot they would do if they did too fast of a turn. But most survivors didn't like it because "We CAn't sPIn tHE KIlLeR ANymOrE!!" so I imagine they kept that out because god forsake us to do some negative survivor changes.

I remember that, they tried to go more realistic with the moments. you know because a real person can turn on a dime and run in the other direction. People hated it and just as you said they complained about not being able to 360 killers anymore so that got changed back really fast.
