An interesting thought
So twins’ add ons are being nerfed because apparently she is a “monster” at high level play and these add ons affect her kill rate too much.
So this begs the question. What about Nurse? She’s by far the best killer at high level and her range and recharge add ons are ridiculous when stacked. But apparently Nurse is fine? Surely these add ons should be looked at too right?

I wouldn't be surprised if after bug fixes on her they make some changes to her add-ons.

I mean they already gave her triple blink back (for some reason) so if they wanted to change anymore it would’ve been during 5.3.0 probably

My guess would be they do the bug fixes, see what stats say after the fixes and then in future patch make changes. I will say their reasoning for decisions isn't consistent so they could leave her untouched because of some soft spot they have for her.

After she teleported straight to the Vault, than she could Tp outside of the bank and make distance, wraith has to ring a bell and basically announce himself

These recent updates are becoming more and more inconsistent. First, they nerf Killers like Wraith and Cenobite for being too strong at low MMR, now they're nerfing Twins for being too good at high MMR. They can either keep babysitting people at high MMR or low MMR, but not both

The fact they brought 3-blink Nurse back baffles me. Also the fact some people think Spirit is still more unbalanced than Nurse us a HUGE reach.

The Twins add-on nerfs were dumb, given basically no one plays Twins ever which skews it drastically, since pretty much hardcore Twins mains are the only people to play them ever.
Nurse is balanced though. Bringing back three blink in the way they did was questionable, but she's not problematic otherwise.
Neither should be nerfed.
