But twins aren't good at high MMR tho
Old twins were good. Before boons were introduced and when everyone thought toolboxes were better than med kits. Also when people barely knew how to counter them.
New twins - specifically after the dead hard change and addition of boons - is actual trash in high level lobbies and will get stomped easily.
The "Heal in 8 seconds" meta has really had a big impact on them, purely because twins won games off of the pressure they had through mass injuring and in turn short chase time with vic. Now you pretty much are forced to camp and tunnel one dude because he's gonna be the only person injured when there's 2 CoH on 2 ends of the map.
So my question is: What data do you have that indicates that twins are "monsters" at high MMR?
Because if let's say it's a kill % in every lobby, you better of split the data before and after boons were added. Before boons they were easily top tier if not top 4 or 5. Now id argue they're low tier due to CoH alone.
Now the twins are much forced to hard camp and tunnel if they want a chance to win, but their kit isn't good for that. And you can't split pressure anymore because of circle and medkits.
You're stuck in a lose lose when playing them, pray they don't have a gajillion healing perks or pray the gens don't get done before you manage to get someone out.

It's like we (the DBD Forum community) are trying to convince ourselves of the narrative that Twins are not a high tier killer in the hopes to trick the developers, who already said they are a "monster in high MMR", into giving them QOL changes. In that case. I'm on board.

What data do they have? Certainly more than we have. We don't even know our own MMR, let alone the Twins pick rate and kill rate at high MMR. That's data only the devs can see.

Obviously that data that says Twins have high kill rates in high MMR. If you believe or not doesnt matter.

High MMR basically boils down to experience and skill. Hence, high MMR players using Twins will have a fair amount of hours, skillful, and know how to play the killer, making little or no mistakes a game.
Say what you want, but when comparing the very best killers in the game at high MMR vs. players that have mastered how to use them…the Twins are an absolute beast. They fair well in competitive play and tournaments VS some of the best gen rushers in the game.
If anyone believes Twins aren’t extremely good at high MMR…chances are you are probably NOT at high MMR, nor facing or playing as Twins using competent tactics.

It's not difficult to believe. Competent Twins running Forced Penance are almost unstoppable. They require actual 4-man on comms who make next to no mistakes and who are willing to play an at least 20 min trial on a good day.

Twins are only picked in tournaments because of the no duplicate perks rule along with almost every healing perk being banned. Here is DBDleagues ban list for twins:
Along with general perk bans, such as WGLF and every boon perk that are banned for every killer (some for balance reasons, others for bug reasons etc).
That's the only reason twins is picked in comp. Pubs is a completely different story where you can have 2 CoH and 4 med kits.
Twins in the current healing meta is trash. Even when played well. You can't keep up with the speed of which people heal with their decade long cooldowns.

Says who? I do. Assume your opponent is bringing sweaty builds, you bring some too. When I play Twins, I don’t use slowdowns, I use info perks (Infectious, BBQ, Nurse’s)…maybe I lose 1 out of 30 matches.
