I don't think they can actually do that, seeing as they don't own the design and it's outside the bounds of the contest it was created for.

Interesting. I think it'd be weird if they actually made money off of it, though; one of the shticks with community outfits is that they come in Rifts and can't be bought with cells. Would the same thing hold if they decided to use a non-winning skin? I feel like it would have to, but then there isn't much incentive for them to do it - as amazing as some past runner-ups have been.

Varsity Yui is a skin Ive wanted since the mod had first come out, no love for our girl unfortunately :(
