They are gonna add shack.

Oh #########, how much worse are they going to make it? Breakable walls in the houses? Several pallets in the houses? Both?! These reworks almost always turn out #########.

This is actually one of the few maps that could use a few breakable walls, though they might look visually out of place in the places they would be best suited.
Hopefully they at least tone down those fences, maybe take a crack at the house of pain.

Credit where credit's due: Re-doing Haddonfield is a positive step.
I'm hoping they get it right, personally. It would be GREAT to see more positive steps being taken to convince me to play this game again some day.

who's excited for breakable wall infinites

All they have to do is let the killer break existing fence vaults. Let's see if they do it or not.

Please give us some more visual Easter eggs from the Halloween movies.

It seems a bit asinine that they disabled this map because they're going to rework when that didn't happen for other maps. I know a lot of people really hate Haddonfield for balance reasons but it's been my favorite map since it was first introduced and it's annoying to know I'll never play the old version again.

I don't understand why they disabled it while working on it. It's not like one precludes the other. I quite like haddonfield, it's cozy.

I would really want to be able to have high hopes that this map will finally become more managable for killer, but that's kind of hard after the game map update and the new Crow map being so survivor sided. They just still don't seem to understand how maps need to be designed to be actually balanced.

A dozen new god loops but don't worry! You can spend 1 gen's worth of time breaking doors to make them just good loops!

20 more pallets, map size gets doubled and a shack! Oh boy cant wait!

FACTS XD

just remove the 2 infinites. bam becomes a decent map

Not optimistic about this. Most of the map reworks barely change the balance of the map, and the one time they did change the balance of the map they did terribly (The Game).
I want Haddonfield to be changed just like everyone else does, but I'm worried they'll make it even worse than it is now.

But... I liked my PS1 visuals.

Oh joy, can't wait for every house to be infinite until you break at least 4 walls.
3 -
Yeah... except the chances of BHVR actually doing that and not making the map even worse are pretty much zero.

I'm looking forward to see a map with 3x more infinite!

That is pretty shady. But then again, after Hawkins, I expect nothing less.

I hope they make it look more like actual Haddonfield from the original Halloween movie and add some Easter Eggs/References to the movie as well.

Finally some justice. Lets hope they not put 100 breakable walls like dead dawn.. thats my only wish.
0 -
I hope they put in 200 breakable walls. I will settle for nothing less.

Except Macmillan update. All the other map updates were direct nerf to Trapper.

*thinks about the game that got worse, Azarov that didnt changed and Badham that also got way worse*

Yeah, there gonna somehow nerf the twins again while reworking Haddon I just know it

Maybe they can make the house interior not dim your vision?

Remember when BVHR said theyd have all map reworks done in under a year because they take up alot of rescourses, back in 2020...
So where have these rescourses actualyl been going.

After seeing the new Boil Over in action and how it interacts with certain stairs in certain maps Im inclined to believe the killswitch is more related to Boil Over than the map being reworked (which it is by the way).
