Just switch to survivor and stop playing killer. Eventually, when the killer player population is low enough, the devs will have to consider killer player fun when balancing the game.

Mine are about 30-60 seconds. Pretty great actually!

Because behavior destroyed the game with boil over and boons totems, now killers are taling a long break.

BHVR and game balancing I swear is about as compatible as ice cream and battery acid nowadays.

Mine are taking probs 3 mins on average compared to the usual 1 min.

I can, actually.
Maybe not 1 minute, but 2 maybe max 3. Which is longer than usual but not that horrible.
HOWEVER it is the after 9 pm here atm, which usually means the queues switch their timers: Killer ones are instant while survivor takes like 5+ minutes. During the daytime it's usually the other way around.

I'm east coast us my survivor ques regardless of the time of day are 10-15 minutes

Are 8-12 minute survivor queues not proof enough of low killer population? It's even happening during the day now.

The other way around is also true. And there are more survivor players than killer

I wasn't here in the early days of the game, but from my understanding, survivor queues got as bad as 20-30 minutes until the devs decided to start making things better for killers.
It's not that bad yet. I normally get instant queues as survivor during the day, yesterday was the exception and things are more or less back to normal.

I literally only play this game because my friends force me to. Trust me, I'd love it if Survivor queues were shorter.
The one I timed last night was 13 minutes. Our shortest today was 10 minutes.
All of our Killer queues have been instant.

EU here and they're like 30 seconds max during the day and like 3 mins max at night.

Usually in Western Europe queues are instant for Survivors and very long for Killer at morning, extremely similar for both from 16:00 and 22:00 (maybe between 15 and 30 seconds) and long for Survivor and instant for Killers after 22:00.

We have tons of video evidence of queues that last up to 10+ minutes but then we always have these mysterious survivors who come around to inform us they are in a magical realm where their queues are instantaneous while everyone elses are 10+ minutes. Some explanation to this is needed.
Time of day isn't a great excuse anymore. My survivor queues are noticably longer regardless of time. They may be shorter at certain times, but still longer than they were at that same time 6 months ago. The vast vast vast majority seem to be facing these 10+ minute queues and not the magical 30 second ones we hear of from certain survivor mains.

Same here lol trying to get some tome challenges done as well as the free event cosmetics last night took me ages...god forbid if I fail a challenge, boom wait 10 years for another match to get another chance. Finally got all the event cosmetics tho. I'm ready to go back on break till ringu releases..

Remember to bring soul gaurd and just let 1 or 2 annoy the killer while the others do gens, open the nearest gates, bodyblock after the free endurance and get a 4 man escape every time. Just watch out for Triangle Head, the new god of this meta.

Well it’s different for everyone. I cant speak for you but I have played in the morning and survivor que times were shorter than killer. Now they are a little long because of the event. And night killer is significantly shorter. I did time the ques for survivor last week one night. They were all 6 minutes and I was playing with 2 other friends without coms so it was kind of boring just waiting on my phone. I was just laughing at my fellow friend slinger’s response because it was a funny response lmao. I live in Florida btw eastern time. I do wish the ques were shorter :( devs won’t do anything about it

Yes, FOUR seconds. You probably werent even ready to be in the lobby at that time, it was wonderful!

Ik it feels so bad rn I tried to play some survivor last night both matches had 10 min ques followed by 2 dcs ok the first down and both matches killer let us go cause they felt bad, doesn't feel good at all
On the flip side killer games going good I love the new dead man's I pair it with thrilling tremors and deadlock to lock the gens for what feels like forever lol
