Why? What is going through your mind BHVR? Are you really telling pissed survivors mains that it is ok to spam msgs on killer players?

It was through xbox social, and to get that you just need a microsoft account which most players have.
I'm trying to find a mute system in there because all night survivors from cross play have been sending complaints like using billy's saw and I'm not joking.
But as long as you have the name they will continue.

I asked a few friends and they said the same, they had no idea that was a thing.
Yeah probably will again, I haven't seen that many complaints since I was on ps4, this is kinda ridiculous ngl.

Yup, if I was at my house rn I would screenshot the msg and send it here, it was the dumbest thing I've been sent in a very long time.

It wasn't through the end game chat, it was through xbox social, they can spam the heck out of you, worst part is that when you receive a msg the game audio goes almost silent for like 5 seconds, now imagine spam.
But maybe I am not explaining it very well?

It could have been a Stadia player. When I play on Stadia (I also have the game on Steam; there is cross-progression), I apparently look like a console player to people playing on Steam, so they're sometimes surprised that I'm able to send messages in the endgame chat. (According to some of them, actual console players aren't capable of this, but I dunno.)
