Will the prime gaming cosmetics be coming to the shop?

Wouldn't be much of a Prime exclusive if it wasn't exclusive to owning Prime.

The prime rewards for games like RDR or Destiny 2 are also everything but exclusive lol

Nothing official has been stated about it either way, but I would imagine the Prime cosmetics will be similar to those from the rift, where they remain exclusive for a certain amount of time before being released into the store.
For the Blight one, I think they'll wait until next winter when they release the next wave of ice - themed killers under that set and include the Blight as one of them.

I would say probably not because they might have an exclusivity deal with Twitch. I can't recall any other game's Twitch content coming to a shop. It's not impossible tho because BHVR hates exclusive cosmetics (even though there are a lot that still exist) and would find a way to put it on the store cuz they love people buying their "exclusive" cosmetics.

Well Amazon is paying for this cosmetics and they are keeping exc for Prime users. This is how was for other games, i don't think this will be different for DbD.

I don't think you'll get an answer on this until sometime after May when they release the last cosmetic through prime - assuming they don't continue. I would think maybe get a recolor in the store or Rift at some point.
In US they do 30 day trial for prime, not sure for other places. Since there's only 28 days in February if you start free trial day before February cosmetic comes out you'll be able to get Blights cosmetic, whatever the February cosmetic is and whatever the March cosmetic is. I'd say do the free trial to get the cosmetic if you really want it but don't want to spend money on prime - they even advertise on the prime site doing the free trial to get the prime gaming exclusives.

they specifically said they were gonna stop doing exclusives like right before this, didn't they? i know a lot of announcements about the game end up fizzling out in development but that comes across as literally just lying to appease people

Get a Prime free trial and you can get the weapon for, well, free.
