I’ve seen a few posts saying that Spirit’s got a new nerf? can anyone confirm this?

Oh BHVR said that they would monitor how she “ Fares “ after the nerf that she got three months or so ago, i’m referring to the “ kicking up dust “ part that was originally intended alongside the directional audio cue.

The only mentioned "change" to Spirit in the patchnotes was a bug fix:
