Trickster skin problem.
Not only did I want to ask Matthew directly, but most Korean users were angry to see Trickster's new skin.
I don't know if foreign users will like Trickster's skin, but Korean users look at Trickster's new skin and say this.
"Matthew hates Koreans."
"Is Matthew being teased by a Korean user last year and releasing a character called Trickster not enough, so he prepared to release a new skin in that shape, so is he advertising himself as a Korean hater?""
"Now that Trickster has been released like that, it is clear that Dead by Daylight employees, including Matthew, hate Koreans."
That's the reaction.
I am also a dead by daylight user.
No matter how many times I look at Trickster's new skin, I only think that Matthew is a Korean hate.
Looking at Trickster's new skin, I learned that Matthew is the main director who hates Koreans.
I am curious about the thoughts of a foreign friend reading this article.
Even if you say, "Matthew is not a Korean hatred," most Korean users have a deep perception that Matthew is Korean hatred.

I mean, I'm not a fan of the skin either (I kind of like the head piece though, lol set locked), but I wouldn't call it a hate crime.
My foreign thought:
That last part is what my question is. How do we jump the gap from just an ugly skin to a targeted hate message? What specifically about it makes people feel like that?
And I mean that as a genuine question, because I could have missed something as a Hispanic gay man living in the Eastern US.

Ok I didn't know about the changed voicelines, but they fit both the killer and the "Cupid" skin, don't they?

Dude, just relax. Just because the Trickster is Korean, it doesn't mean whatever he gets as a skin reflects BHVR's views on Koreans in general.
Also, if Mattheu hates Koreans, Jake and Yun-Jin should also be treated badly as well... which they don't, so there goes your logic out the window.

It's a hideous Trickster skin. Looks like something from Midsummer's Night Dream meets demonic kindergarten craft class.
Don't see any hate behind it, just bad taste lol.
It's kind of like their new "Baba Yaga" skin for Huntress. I'm Russian. In no way does that skin give off Baba Yaga. It gives off French circus clown. Doesn't mean I think anyone at BHVR hates Russians.
